    4 first rounders, Kuzma, Ingram

    OR

    The 16 ppg Jayson Tatum

At this point, wait for 2020 and let the Pelicans toil in obscurity with a slightly above average tweener as their franchise player.

AD will only be a Laker via free agency.

This is added for your entertainment. Comes from a site called -pelicansreport.com (Fan forum). The arguments going on in there are interesting. At least people in Lakers Ball do not disparage each other's viewpoints. If you want more - go see what is going on in there for yourself.

So you're not just trying to build your super team, you're also trying to prevent one from forming in your cupcake conference. It's all or nothing for them and the Knicks.
Kyrie never wanted to be traded to Boston. He did want to be traded to the Knicks. If he thinks the Knicks can build a team around him, he'll go to the Knicks. It doesn't really matter what Boston wants to do or does. If Kyrie says he's going to bounce, AD aint committing to the C Bags, and Ainge certainly isn't trading Tatum.

So we trade AD to the Knicks right? What if the Knicks pick isn't top 3?

All I'm saying is the Pels have some legit concern about that scenario playing out. And in that scenario, the Lakers WILL offer less than they'll offer Thursday.

But that's rumor/spin some want to ignore....

What’s stupid is that they are comparing Tatum vs Ingram OR Kuzma. Tatum is having an average sophomore year. BI has better per game averages and Kuzma has had more explosive games, and the Pels would be getting BOTH!

And this is not even considering the fact that AD has pretty much already all but ruled out Boston as a place to resign, so why would Ainge consider adding Tatum to a package anyways?

I’m actually okay with waiting until summer now when Ainge tries to double cross Demps and pulls Tatum off the table and are left with a garbage package like Brown, Smart and a couple 1sts.

Then all we counter with is Kuz, Zu, and a couple firsts. Too bad so sad, you had your chance at a bigger package at the deadline.

I can't disagree. Reading through some of the Pelis fans posts in their own forum suggests Pelis are also trying to dump Randle. If true, that tells me that Demps is a total idiot or he is making counter=moves thinking he has a deal with Lakers. I think the former based upon the fact that they did not say 'yes' immediately to the package offered by Lakers earlier in the day. Unless...you are trying to flip Randle and Ball to PHX for Josh Jackson and Booker as part of expanded deal.

Look, I’m all for moving the pieces to get an elite talent. This is ridiculous at this point. Move on to Beal.

This suggest they have no interest in a trade. Even if we offered some more picks, they would but out some BS in the media to try and justify waiting until the summer for Boston.

Personally, if giving up more picks would really seal the deal, I do it. We’re not Brooklyn trading away all our picks for washed up vets. We’re not ourselves mortgaging our future for 40 year old Steve Nash. This is 25 year old Anthony Davis. You do everything possible to acquire that talent and trust that you can fill in the gaps around him. The fact that we already have the best player in the world is gravy.

BUT, I acknowledge that could end up being a huge mistake. It is very possible that the best long term move here is to let Lonzo, Ingram, and Kuzma develop. I still haven’t given up on them. They’re still on the trajectory to have great careers. And so with that said, screw New Orleans. They have the current offer unil Thursday. After that if they don’t accept then delete Demps’ number.

So Woj states there was no counteroffer, but he "hears" they want 4 1st rounders....like Boston will potentially have this summer?

Pro-Boston tilted Woj heard stuff, but no counteroffer was made. This is getting comical.

I really believe that Boston knows they're out... They're butthurt about it... And now they're f***ing with our negotiations. Demps getting played, but at this point I'm not going to appease Danny/Demp.

Walk away Magic and set the #KlutchKillers loose.
-They demanded a trade during a time where Boston was the only ones left on the sidelines and took a 50k fine for it...no thang
-They created the doubt of Ky resigning
-They concocted a list when NY was clearly out of play after the Ziggy trade and Boston wasnt on the list
-They set Sr loose on the cbags and had him completely trash them, but in a way where his son couldn't get hit with a tampering charge

You're going to take Klutch's valued asset and hold him against his will and then trade him to a place where he will view it as a rental and a waste of his time...and you think he and his reps well just stand by as you do that? Demps, you're playing a dangerous game. Danny's got you f***ed up.

This. We already have our Godfather offer on the table, if they really think they can do better, then good luck dealing with Ainge which will end up like other Ainge deals, him winning and the other team's GM getting fired shortly thereafter.

Exactly. Time to float the - "Lakers offering Brandon Ingram, Lonzo Ball, and Zubac to Portland in deal rumored for Damian Lillard." Rich Paul can then have his client threaten to hold out the rest of the year, Magic says 'told you so' and we sit back and let C's offer nothing this summer. Hang up the phone and start to bring the kids back into the fold.

I was against trading all 3 of BI, Zo, and Kuz. Now it's not even worth considering.

F*** the NBA. When we get back on top, and we will, they’ll have to eat it and drown in their tears. At least Phoenix reportedly tried to help us out in all this, gotta love James Jones.
