By the time the season starts, with this frustration already ramped among fans who know what he did in college, if he gets into games and keeps bricking 3s he stands a good chance of hearing boos. Once that line was crossed with Kwame and then last year again with I'm forgetting whom now, it's game on with hard nosed Lakers Fan. Look what they did to Jimmy in Las Vegas after the great off season we have had. Edit. Oh snap....it was DAR getting boo'd after phone gate.
I am starting to really dislike this guy... They ran plays for him instead of Ingram to get him going. Iron unkind.
He's a small foward that can play shooting guard, I think he's 6'7? But yeah I'm over this guy. I guess we'll keep him because of depth at the wing and guard but let's leave him at home for games. Mr. Invisible..... psh.
Could we please change the title of this thread to something that doesn't insinuate he is a part of our core and that he's simply passing through? Anthony Brown Thread: At Least He Has a Degree from Stanford to Fall Back On
Confidence is zero. Until he gets confident, this is how its going to be. Let him play it out for the next year and see if he improves a little.
He lost the game because he thought he can shoot under duress. If he passed it to Ingram on the last play, and he'll be credited for his effort.
Yeah that is true. Should have known his place there instead of trying to be the hero. Ingram was open.
There are people praising AB for a great game today. Yes it was his best showing in all five games but that's not saying much. He scored 15 on 13 shots. There are people out there saying he should start. Saying he will be Bowen/Battier..... Glad it's not anyone here.
Ehhh. I don't care about the missed game-winner. I thought he showed some flashes of progress yesterday. Screw the haters.
Screw me then!... that came out stranget. I don't hate him but he's yet to put together a convincing game. Last night was his best showing and he was far from consistent. In fact last night might have been his best game as a Laker and it was a SL game that we lost where he was the third best player. I like Anthony the person, but the player has a lot to prove.
