I really see a pattern here of what Luke, Magic, and Rob are trying to do here with the players we selected to help fit the way Ball plays and create our system around that.

I'll be completely honest I don't know Kyle Kuzma's game before this but he is someone who move effortless around the court, great length who can definitely switch pick and rolls and finds a way to find open passing lanes to receive the ball on offense. Willing passer and looking at his stroke I know he doesn't have great shooting percentage but it looks pretty solid and with some work I can't see why he couldn't improve. He shot an average of 40% from 3 in his last 10 games.

He definitely reminds me of Nance a little bit but not as bouncy but maybe a little more nimble.

I like him a lot and the potential he brings with what other players we'll have around him.

Hart is my favorite pick after Ball. Like Nance I think he'll be more polished and ready to play because he's was a senior, and he already has an NBA body.

Maybe because he's a little older but I really like Josh's personality in this interview. Honest and confident.

Looking forward to having it rub off on Lonzo and our other players

Others mentioned it during the draft, but a big reason I like Hart is he could be a good replacement for JC. JC has reached his peak IMO, and I think Hart at least has a shot to be better than him, at least a better 2 way player. Makes it easier to try and trade JC.

You mean not entitled and knowing he has to earn his dues to justify his place? Well...refreshing change, yes? :)

But you're gonna piss on a player you don't like because...... he wasn't Porzingis?

After watching the draft express video on Josh Hart, offensively he is very similar to D'Angelo.

By that I mean, athletically (speed, quickness, vertical), jump shots, and even body type are very similar.

It looks like he is a better defender than DLo, while DLo is the better passer

Regardless of Porzingis .... I'm going to piss on a player who literally was handed the keys to the kingdom and he crapped on it!

I like all four picks. I really wanted Semi, and or Bell, but Kuzma and Hart are high character guys that are solid all around players with multiple tools.

I'm a leg man. Hart's got much better proportioned and bigger calves than DAR. CL no homo disclaimer.

Blame the old management group. They were absolutely stupid in their spending. If Magic and Rob have a feeling they are getting George and possibly LeBron, they are going to dump salary. We are actually fortunate to be able to dump that salary and have the ability to draft a replacement who may be a much better fit.

I like Russell, I really do, but the front office had two huge albatross contracts on the books and decisions had to be made.
