We need our sole Euro scout to list some hidden gems like Zubac

Exactly. Or cheap re-inforcements the next 1-2 years.

Anzejs Pasecniks is a 7'1" bean pole that some people think could end up being solid. He would be a G-League stash though. You're going to see less and less guys willing to wait in Europe with the way the new G-League operates.

Isaiah Hartenstein is a raw 7 footer. I haven't been able to find much footage on him, but he's shown an ability to shoot, pass, and is fairly coordinated for his size. Would be a gamble.

Jonathan Jeanne is a 7 footer that was diagnosed with Marfan's. It'd take an insane amount of medical work to make him worth signing, but he showed great promise at the combine.

George De Paula is a 6'5" guard who was billed last year as a big point guard withdrew from the draft and looked worse. He's a huge project for a team. Probably not worth a late 1st.

Vlatko Cancar is a combo forward with some solid shooting ability but is afraid of contact. Young though. He'd be an interesting G-League stash.

Alberto Abalde I know nothing about, but is a young guard prospect.

Mathias Lessort is a PF prospect who has said he wants to be like Kenneth Faried and has modeled his game after him.

Alpha Kaba is a similar PF to Lessort but has tried to be more skilled.

Wesley De Silva I know nothing about but I see him in the late, late 2nd round on some mocks.

Hartenstein is my fav Euro at 27 or 28. I look at him as a boom or bust pick.

He has the range and can attack the basket. Not sure if he can create his own shot but if figures it out the kid can be pretty amazing.

Semi or Jordan Bell are the ones I want if we keep one of the picks and losing Randle

I'm really hoping we trade one or both of these picks. The idea of adding three rookies isn't too fun but we need shooters now and there doesn't seem to be any available on that range.

I'd be disappointed if we keep both, obviously because it means George isn't on the Lakers roster, but 3 more rookies? Unless our scouts have identified solid rotation guys or fringe starters at both those spots like Larry Nance level, we need to jettison at least one.

right where Semi is projected to go (20-25)

If IND doesn't trade us PG today, I'd be okay trading 27th and 28th for 23rd. Kind of seems like a lot to move 4 spots, but.....

I refuse to show any interest in these guys until I know we are keeping the picks.

I'd take a long look at Juwan Evans at 28. Great change of pace PG off the bench to spell Lonzo.

I haven't contributed to this thread because we are trading the picks for PG.

But by all means carry on.

Yeah I'd trade 27/28 to move up if there's one kid hanging around that we love. If it's for 23 though, then we definitely need a future 2nd or two involved.

Saw on ESPN a dude tweeted a pic of George's house with moving trucks.

I think one stretch G/F and one stretch PF/C would be solid to prepare for Clarkson and say Lopez to not be on the team in 2018.

I mean Clarkson,Nance are push starters... Zu is developing. I'm hopeful if we keep picks we'll get a couple interesting guys.
