Again, I'd take a flyer on Coffee. Waive Shake and see who's available (Smart, Melton, Brogdon) and take your chances.

I'd absolutely have Lebron for this season and next. Worst case, next year is a retooling year with a clearly diminished Lebron. Best case is you've teamed a top 5 player in Luka with a top 15 in Lebron and you have two goes at a championship.

Everyone is so eager to build around Luka, but what is the actual opportunity cost of Lebron being here an extra year? It's not like it stops us from trying to sign Jokic or Giannis as FA's in the summer of 2027 - Lebron would already be off the books then.
