True but as long as he is on the team i think it holds others back. Like you said they may fit better. Yes maybe less talented and If Luka goes down you wont have Lebron to win that series in hopes of getting Luka back. I understand that. My thing is if Lebron is not there then they will be more in search vs being in limbo. If Lebron returns and Austin is still in the starting unit then i am incline to start thinking then Maybe its time for Lebron to be in a bench role. Yes he is not the avg 42 year old and even out lasted Luka and Austin but i want to see the the young guys develop vs being buried on the bench.

At this point if Wolves offered Randle for a sign and trade with Lebron i pull the trigger.

I don’t think you can win in OKC if games are called like this, it’s just not doable. That level of talent mixed with this level of nonsense is too much to overcome

Tony Brothers and his team with one of the most hilarious stretches of refereeing. Somehow Wallace is allowed to block the ball from Kornet over the cylinder without a goal tending, Mitch johnson is not allowed to challenge ball of Holmgren, another SGA fall to get free throws, and then the refs call a tech on Johnson for complaining.

Hope you guys bet OKC today.

lol was complaining in the nba discussion thread about plays later in the game. if you're wearing white, you can do whatever you want out there, man.

ha! it was this stretch exactly that i was talking about. this isn't basketball.

Pretty sloppy start to this 4th quarter with mistakes on both sides. Spurs offense doesn't look that good sometimes. Need to feed Wemby close to the rim more.

I wonder if they should just play Kornet to guard Hartenstein to reduce the offensive rebounds and help Wemby stay more fresh.

I think they do. It actually exist. Just like one practice shooting, step back, crossover etc i think one would practice drawing fouls.

Again, just way too many wide open 3's allowed by the Spurs. Looks like fatigue hitting and reducing their on ball defense. Not going to beat OKC when Carsuo, McCain and co shoot like this.

wemby's offensive game isn't top notch yet. he doesn't want those midrange shots he took in the regular season sometimes, and you have to hit some of those to keep defenses honest in the playoffs. add in that the refs are letting okc just get into his legs, and he's really just a threat on the offensive boards.

if you told me that you can just follow wemby around and put your butt/hips on him all game without him shooting 30 fts, i'd say you've got a good chance at neutralizing him.

Yeah, Wemby needs to improve that post and mid range game. It just doesn't look like he has that go to move or an easy way to score. If Lebron could get those fadeaways and post game, he certainly can.

They have that guy named Tim Duncan who can teach him a thing or two.

as someone who's occasionally advocated for other uses for lebron's salary slot, randle would not qualify for me.
