Yeah I mentioned it a while back, his kids are going to school in Greece and his family all live there. So I think he probably wants to stay New York, Boston, Miami, Minnesota etc.

I have a feeling it’s going to be the Knicks if they lose in the final. Otherwise I think Minnesota, Boston and Miami will be aggressive to get him.

I’d love to get a Hart, Portis, White etc out of the deal. We’ll see what happens.

New York is just firing on all cylinders at the right time.

Shamet has been a huge offensive spark plug hitting 55% of threes.

Bridges is shooting 60% on jumpers from 2 and 39% from 3.

OG is shooting 51% from 3. KAT is 45% from 3. McBride is 41%.

Mix that with the defense of Hart and Robinson and they’re formidable. When you’re shooting that good, you can beat anyone.

I do think we have a shot of being an elite shooting team with Luka, Reaves, Lebron all good in high volume and Rui and Kennard being elite percentage shooters. We need a good 3&D SF and a lob threat rim protecting C and we’re in the Knicks spot.

All true. Plus when he played the Lakers he was not getting to the line a ton and Lakers defense locked in on him. But my Argument is i dont think Shai is alone. Being smaller and quicker helps his acting job. But My point is Lakers two best Players game is 40-50% foul baiting. Its one of the reasons Austin playoff numbers and effectiveness dips. As for Luka I think it will hurt him like it did Harden. Because now you have an offensive player limited on Defense. And Lakers will have 2 in the starting back court. That is my only Argument. If Luka was Edawads i wont say anything But it Luka. Luka is a foul baiter when he is not step fading away.

Reaves catered his game to A James Harden style. just the getting to the line. His main thing was pump faking and getting guys in the air. I don’t see Reaves as a Shai. Reaves knows how when he goes to the basket to throw his hands up that’s an art.

    he’ll get 8-10 free throws a night.

There is no way. I repeat no way the Knicks will mess with this team that they have.

it’s perfect. They have the great combo of 3-D forwards and a good center.

if they get swept I still don’t see them doing that. Especially if they’re competitive.

I think the Lakers need to zero in on Colby White. Zach Collins Robert Williams. Build a culture. While other teams are looking at the usuals go get those guys quick. Try to get a Peyton Watson. Hey Milwaukee you wanna dump Kuzma well take him. Take Knect and Vanderbilt. Maybe give us Portis to.

id even inquire about Morant. Maybe just giving us that guard that can give us a different look. If Memphis just wants to take some trash Vanderbilt Knect maybe a pick.

Agree but. there is a but. I would be concerned with Lakers hustle and energy. While Knicks is shooting well they also finished the season strong on defense. I am not sure Lakers JJ style can keep up the defensive intensity.

At this point Lakers have to pay to dump Van and Dalton. We pretty much killed their Value. Van contract is now a negative asset. I was on this last Summer but many had high hopes for Van. I was Like Lakers need to dump his contract Asap as i dont think he fits JJ offensive style.

The Knicks are a far superior team and played excellent defense throughout this playoff run.
They are just a LeBron James away from having a chance.

Their GM should be fired if he sends out multiple pieces for Giannis.
Brunson is the engine that makes them run. Why force him to share the rock with Giannis?
It didn’t work with Luka and it wouldn’t work with another guy who likes to control the ball.
Knicks will win at least two games in the Finals and may take it all if they stay this hot.
    I welcome it.

If the Knicks get taken out in a bad way, they'll break the team up. They have good parts, but they need to make a breakthrough after 50 years of not championships.

They're serious about winning and have great parts, if the current makeup can't get it done - one or more of KAT, Hart, OG or Bridges could all be sent out.
