Ja or the coach, probably won't make it through the season in Memphis, the way it looks now, but it's a long season.

 

I think the ball will move better when Lebron gets back. James did avg 8 assists playing with Luka. I don't think Austin is comfortable enough, to tell the Don, to "give up the damn rock"!...YET.

I do think for this team to win a championship those guys have to have the confidence that they can get it done. Luka has to instill that. He needs to look himself in the mirror do I want to score 40 and not win or score 32 and win a championship. 40s winning now.

but to win in the playoffs we’re going to need

the Laravias and the Kinect’s and the Aytons and even the Reaves to a stretch.

And the way that ball was moving against sac and Minnesota and even Portland was beautiful.

When those other guys feel good about that they play harder and better.

Ja just waved his virtual gun at his career with the Grizzlies. He's probably mad they are cracking down on crime in Memphis, and some of his crew has been picked up for minor felonies. (Theory)



What teams will want to take a chance on him unless he has an attitude change? Utah? The problem is half of the team games are on the road. Temptation exists everywhere. Super talented player with an aggressive game that also impacts his health. But his ability to read the room and accept constructive criticism is below average.

 

LOL …. LG had someone make a thread suggesting that now we might be able to trade AR for him. Even the hard core AR haters said NO.

 

until charlotte got lamelo, i always thought they were the right place for morant. they desperately need a star, and i think there's enough of the local population that would resonate with ja's...unique perspective.

NO is probably the place that i think works. zion and ja are both SC guys, and maybe they could find ways to keep it together? would be a highlight factory. i think poole or murray plus jordan hawkins works salary-wise. NO is currently 0-5.

 

yeah, his value is at its floor. bad time to sell for memphis, but i'm just not sure it's going to improve there. like, i think jordan poole and jordan hawkins sounds like an unappealing package, but...who's offering more?
