    Dirk signed a 4 year, 80 million dollar contract in 2010. In the summer of 2014 he signed a 3 year, 25 million dollar deal. He went from 20 million to 8.3 million a year. So yes, he took a hell of a pay cut and more than 40%. I’m too lazy to look up Tim’s contract.

    I wouldn’t hate it as much if we could also get Vucevic and a 1st round pick as part of the deal for the Lavine dump. It would take DLo/Rui/Wood/JHS/Hayes to make the salaries work but then it does clear up a lot of roster spots to retool and fill out the roster.

    We probably end up with Chris Paul for the mini MLE because we don’t have a point guard.

    We could fill out the roster with vet minimum signings and my choices would be Dinwiddie (not likely for minimum but here’s hoping), Thomas Bryant, Gordon Hayward, and Lonnie Walker.

    Lakers not on the Harris radar is disappointing: who the f*** is left that is a good pickup that you can get in the MLE range?
