Morant went back to the locker room in the beginning of the third quarter during Monday's preseason matchup against the Mavericks due to an ankle injury, Mike Curtis of The Dallas Morning News reports.

Morant rolled his ankle in the second quarter and limped back to the locker room before eventually reentering the game. However, the superstar came down wincing after a dunk and committed an intentional foul to exit the contest once again.

 

yeah, i like him and never really believed he was in play as a trade target for anyone (unless an equally valuable young player was going out--e.g., reaves).

decent chance he's a bargain on that deal in a couple years, and they currently have the salary structure to handle the bump no problem.

 

Looks like Magic big man Wendell Carter Jr. just suffered some sort of left leg/ankle injury.

He was just helped back to the locker room in obvious pain and frustration.

.It seems unlikely that Carter will play Wednesday, and the imaging on his ankle will determine his availability for the rest of the preseason.

Yeah, I don’t “hate” em, but I’m a visual artist by trade, so I’m extremely critical of any new designs related to my team.
I feel like multiple artists on my team, some of whom design NBA2K jerseys every year, could have come up with several options that are better.

 

LOL …. just went through new batch of business card designs where I gave the instructions and photo to my great local contact and the designer he handed off to didn’t read so the design coming back no photo and 10 years out of date what I’m doing, so my guy takes over. Then the batch comes back and the printing section made a cluster bleep out of it too putting copy two sides instead of one. He apologizes all over, suggests different color on one section of type, and I suggest whole different color this time now for background. He re-designs no charge and adds some tasty fine design points to it …… and OMG …. BOOM!! Going to be the nicest cards I’ve ever had that just “pop”. Like the Kobe uniforms.

What's your problem with cards? I like them and have a busy cleaners right down the street that allows holders with them to sit on their counter top for one thing, that I've taken advantage of for many years. As well the graphics go into some of my on line advertising. Smart a**!

like most have either been meh or not good. I haven’t HATED any, but like still……

if they can’t come up with other ones, redo hardwood classics with a modern flair or something.
