    For All-NBA voting I like having the set positions so its a team rather than just the 5 best players in the league. For All-Defense I like that 1st Team can be 4 centers because the reality is big men are just more impactful defensively. Which is why the Smart DPOY was ridiculous.

    C bags caught all the breaks this yr ! MIL was injured ! Mia no Jimmy butler ,NY was overhyped ! Den got bounced! East was pretty much garbage ! Tatum still throwing up bricks in clutch but his team bails him out .

    two things can be true. boston's been the nba's best team this year AND they've been incredibly lucky. this is definitely the weakest the east has been in a long time (and that's saying something). ny was the only other 50-win team in the conference, and they lost half their roster in the playoffs. if we played in the east, we'd likely be in the conference finals. getting a cake walk to the finals is a huge stroke of good fortune for a team that is literally only 5 deep.
