Luka is one of a kind.
I don't understand why his teams struggle so much in the reg season.

their current roster really isn't that great outside of luka and kyrie (who has missed a bunch of games) and luka's the one carrying the team on his back every night

they brought in gafford and washington at the deadline but they haven't been all that great

I saw that peripherally. Stepped on the NBA's political "third rail" with comment or comments about gambling influencing refs' decisions.

I wish more players had the balls to do it.
Sadly, they love their "hard earned" money way to much, to risk any of it. We saw how hard they played for a measly 500k

    Ha! “Measly $500k.”
Most people on this planet never come close to earning that in a lifetime.
On the other hand, I feel blessed to have been borne into a country where I have many opportunities to make a decent living.

Rudy probably won't be getting a lot of close calls, going his way for awhile. Lol..everything will be strictly " by the book" .

On another note..Tim Donaghy claimed, that game 6 of the Lakers/Kings Conference Finals series, was rigged in our favor, because the League wanted to extend that series to a game 7.

Sengun hurt on a meaningless play at the end of the game in Sacramento. Looks like a knee injury. Carted off the court in a wheelchair.

Oh no. Rockets were up 8 points with less then a minute to go. No need for him to be in the game either.

    OMG..
The NBA opened its exclusive media rights negotiations with Disney and Turner on Saturday, a window that runs through April 22, and sources said Friday they believe the three sides entered talks roughly 75% in agreement on a deal based on their preliminary discussions over the past several months.

Those sources expect the Emirates NBA Cup -- formerly known as the In-Season Tournament -- to be bundled into the Disney and Turner packages after there were early expectations a streaming entity such as Apple or Netflix might pursue the entire event or at least the Emirates NBA Cup’s Final Four. Regardless, the sources contend Amazon and, to a lesser extent, Apple will be certain bidders when the exclusive window expires April 22. Amazon is expected to pursue the league’s national streaming rights, while Apple’s "mystery" pursuit -- according to sources -- could be a bid for the SoFi Play-In Tournament or some sort of singular NBA event.

NBC is also expected to gain a portion of the NBA’s linear broadcast package, depending on the Disney and Turner deals. NBA team execs believe a final overall NBA media rights deal will be worth between $60 and $72B -- 2.5 to 3 times larger than its previous arrangement in 2014 -- and that negotiations could wrap up in June or July.
So we could expect superstar contracts for example for Luka, like 70-80 million per season

Do we have to commission a whole new (fug) banner to commemorate our "Emirates NBA Cup" championship?

I mean he hasn't played significantly in a minute and Jazz cut him loose after the playoff window this year. Probably for the best.
