    He chose that life?

I'm assuming trading for Washington was their fall back and if Kuz wanted to go, it would've been Gafford + Kuz going out.

Chose Poole over Luka and Kyrie. Wow.

What are you building? A pile of s***?

he can do what he wants there. He's close to being the man. In Dallas, he's at least 3rd string irrelevant.

He's already won a title as a key roleplayer now he wants a shot at being one of the core guys. Not how I would do it particularly with Dallas he has a chance to be a top3 core guy but I can understand where he's coming from.

Yeah, I couldn’t really care less about what others say.
I like players who can play both ends and if you are the highest paid, or even second or third highest paid on your team, I expect you to be able to at least play some defense.
There are others who just like the big numbers and flashy plays. I’ve seen tons of guys come and go since the 80s who can score, but don’t contribute to their teams actually winning anything of meaning.
I’m into winning basketball and I just don’t think Trae can be even the second best player on a Chip Squad.

as pioneer said, i think he phrased it oddly, but he's saying he's already got a ring and is interested in proving other things. pioneer was suggesting he wants to be in the top 3 on a good team, but i think he just wants to see how high he can go individually, regardless of wins and losses. ideally, he wants to win, but he figures he can probably go back and do that again late in his career as a journeyman. right now, he can see if he can be an allstar caliber guy who can be part of successful rebuild. i actually get it. i don't think his ceiling is as high as i'm guessing he thinks it is, but i get wanting to see it before going back to being a second- or third-tier rotation guy.

He has also said that if he can't play with him, playing against him would serve the same purpose for him.

This is why you let due process decide if it’s criminal or not.

OJ didn't kill those people..stop it!!!

Bridges IDK...s*** damn sure sounded bad, when it was reported. That being said, the accusations get a lot more airplay, than the reality of what actually happened some times.

wait, there are people who seriously believe OJ is innocent? what i've always found interesting about that case is that if OJ didn't kill them despite the long list of evidence tying him to the killings, then who did it?

anyways, not a topic for this thread
