Lol..Trade Lebron for Mitchell and LeVert!!

Superstars don't have the luxury of blaming the role players, or the coaching staff. AD has been outside for awhile now, but the Kang has been in a funk for some reason.

I'm optimistic by nature, to a fault, but this trash has to stop. I don't know what the main issue is, but it seems Ham's supposed biggest strength (getting his players to buy in) has left him for good. Is any good replacement possible? I don't know. Can we make a trade that would make this team better? I don't know either. I know I can't watch this s**t anymore.

My last sliver of optimism is we can string together a series of good games and wins in order to put the FO in a better trade negotiating position. This team as is isn't going anywhere.

This isn't the team, that we will finish with though. We'll most likely trade somebody by the end of the month.

Miracles happened after the last trade deadline. Crossing fingers hoping for the same this year, but not sure there is much reason for that optimism.

    New trade idea...

Get a 3rd team involved if ATL doesn't want DLO.

Lakers trade: Darvin Ham, DLO, Rui, JHS, Hayes, a unprotected 1st, pick swaps, 5 second round picks

Hawks trade: Quin Snyder, Murray, Capela

    Championship.

It's time to send him home (... second home)

Has anybody watched Brooklyn this year ?

They are going nowhere, but they have some interesting pieces: Dorian Finney-Smith, O'Neale, Claxton.

Also, I'm wondering what's going on with Dinwiddie? Numbers are way down. Think he's an expiring.

Maybe we make some smaller trades with no draft capital involved. Probably depends how we finish out this homestand, too.

Beyond everything else, our summer moves just haven’t been as good as I thought over the summer which is really disappointing.

Breaking news: DLO has been recording other players talk about cheating on their wives!

Still a locker room cancer after all these years. But he has his post playing career all worked out with his podcast, so it's all good.

Snyder would be nice but he spoke out against how we fired Vogel and is close with Darvin.

We’d be looking at another assistant if we decided to move on from Ham IMO.

    or Doc.

Ham gets canned? Phil Handy as Lebron's sock puppet as coach? Gawd...

It's amazing how fast things can go south for fans like us.

trade lebron. i'm actually sort of serious.

but whatever you do: don't let lebron strong arm you into another panic trade. we JUST dug out of the last one. yeah, things are bad right now (really bad), but they CAN get worse. and letting lebron manage your team is how it does.

we're going nowhere, and trading dlo and rui for some other team's unwanted crap isn't going to change that.

I think we're definitely wheeling and dealing behind closed doors. It's a tight rope with LeBron and AD though as I'm sure Klutch is driving the Dejonte train given all the connections there.

I'm actually somewhat optimistic we get another solid deal.

The concern is if Ham can pull the team together (again) to make a playoff run like last year. Not encouraged on that right now, but not completely writing it off either.

I floated the idea before, but it was not received well. And he's my favorite player.

But the return will never be greater, and when he's done or leaves, you'll get zero in return. Are you building something long term here, or just trying to squeeze juice out of beef jerky?

murray is the obvious move, but i feel like we'll get outbid. if he hadn't signed that extension, i thought he was going to be a laker one way or the other, tbh. but that extension means some small market team will pony up assets because he can't walk away.

again, i was only half-serious. what i really mean is: if lebron comes to me as the gm and says we must make moves, i show him what i'm being offered and ask if he'd rather just be on the move himself. i just don't want another russ. we can't trade dlo and rui for demar derozan or somesuch.

That would be amazing but I don’t think that’s going to happen. At this point I’m fully on the Murray train.
