Others might, but I, for one, couldn’t care less about what The Master of Flop and Flail thinks.

"5 bricks each winning player will earn"

Thank you No. We have more than enough already being efficiently produced every game.

That’s an ugly trophy and can we give our bricks to charity if we win?

We don’t really need more bricks on this team right now.

I heard Russ is getting an honorable mention brick award even though they’re eliminated.

What’s the latest on KD, Booker, Beal availability tomorrow night. Of course they’re all back and feeling better than they have in 5 years?

It should just be named the “Russel Westbrick Achievement Award.” That dude shot some of the biggest bricks I’ve ever seen on TV, live at a game, or even in random pickup games.
    He really deserves it.

My in season tourney bracket is already done for. Didn't expect either of these results tonight. Both were good games and teams are taking this thing seriously. Fans standing, players getting chippy, atmosphere appeared to be playoff adjacent.

He made some big plays down the stretch with his first trip dub and in his second nationally televised game .

    Including this one...

I thought we'd face the Kings if we beat Phoenix and Boston in final. That was off.

Good timing on Vando's return. Going against KD and then possibly BI.

I have to admit, this has been better than I thought. The player buy in has really helped everyone get into it IMO

Yeah, if the players treated it like just another game or the first 85% of the All Star weekend, this thing is DOA. But most teams have really ratcheted up their level of give a f*** for random nights in November and December.

I wonder if Silver offered bigger money down the road if this went well due to the potential sponsor money and Vegas revenue. I imagine both were on the conservative side in year one because they wanted to see the engagement and interest first.

For what it’s worth The Atlantic rated the Lakers tournament court 2nd best of all behind Wolves. Have to admit it looks better on my iPhone display than my TV. Others here have said it’s OK on their’s.

The Athletic’s Jason Jones, Jay King and Eric Koreen came up with their own ranking by using a scoring system where 30 points were given to their favorite court, all the way to one point given to their least favorite. (This explains the numbers in parentheses next to each writer’s name below.)

Here is the ranking and their thoughts of each court. Feel free to hype up your favorite courts in the comments section.

(All images are courtesy of the NBA)

    1. Minnesota Timberwolves (85 points)

Koreen (30): I’m not sure this will help with their free-agency pitches, but this looks as close as possible to a sheet of ice — and I love it.

King (29): The colors work. The wolf looks great. Simple-but-effective font. Why can’t all the courts be more like this one?

Jones (26): Simple, but I like it.

    2. Los Angeles Lakers (84)

Koreen (29): This was a gimme. They didn’t mess it up, so I’m giving credit where credit is due.

Jones (29): They didn’t overthink this one. Good job. Purple and gold was the only way to go.

King (26): One of the few courts that properly struck the balance between loud and classic. Well done here, NBA.

the tournament is starting to look winnable if we get past the Suns.

NO in the semis, and finals against the Pacers or NY? I'll take that.
