    Surprised he flipped to USA.

Going from JJJ, Kessler, and Pablo to AD, Embiid and Bam is like going from Coby Karl to Kobe Bryant

it's awesome to see all these stars wanting to play for team USA, but it's hilarious when you think that this is all in reaction to losing a couple games at the FIBA WCs

I know every country does it especially those with a small recruitment base, but choosing to play for the USA when he could play for his country of birth just stinks.

Yeah, Prince is the prototype wing in a contender/LeBron team. But he hasn't been much successful though. He started strong in the first 4 season, but the past 3 his minutes got down to 20pg and averaging 9pts, 3 rebs.

I think that explains the less talk about him. But he can definitely play a role in this team. Just not sure how we would play then Vando, Rui and Wood off the bench. I think Prince will play some 2 and makes more sense off the bench when you look at the whole rotation. But Ham may pull it off sure
In soccer happens all the time. Pretty much all France team are from Africa. England has a few too. They are strong teams

Don't like it either. But it's a very personal decision. If it was me, knowing I was able to reach a level that is ungettable by my people, where I grew up, I would try to use that platform to raise their level. Just see what Deng and Gabriel did with South Sudan. They're a small country in war and just did great in the World Cup. Amazing job
But I respect that Embiid may not feel that way

It could work if the rotation had clearly defined position roles. Something like this:

Center: AD / Wood / Hayes
    PF: LeBron / Rui
SF: Prince / Vando / Cam
SG: AR / Max / Cam
PG: DLo / Gabe / JHS

I would prefer to start Vando, but with Ham tinkering with lineup combos it's likely to end up a mashup anyway.

I don't think its weird for Embiid to play for the U.S., he and his family left Cameroon to have a better life here. They literally chose the U.S. to be their country lol. Why would you play for a country you purposely left because you did not want it to be your country anymore. It's not like the Canadian guys just coming here to play at a prep academy and then one year of college.

It’s in Paris, they care about the lights/ attention and the fashion shows. I am sorry I fully agree with Gilbert Arenas. You can’t convince me any of these would play if the games were in INDIA! Even if they truly cared about getting beat by Germany .

The greatest PG of all time? Averaging 6.5 assists a game for his career? That s*** is ridiculous.

If he goes to Miami, please stream the fitness tests the Heat players have to go through. I don't care if it's behind a paywall, I'll pony up the cash to see that fat a** try them.
