I prefer fatphobia or anti fat bias… Our society needs to stop porkers from taking too much off the buffet, going for “seconds” as gluttons would refer to it. Its for fat guys who love their own cupcakes too much making no profit on their shops.:Rondonod:

Frankly, someone needs to beat the krap out of this guy. He will not learn until someone bigger and badder lets him taste some wrath.

Scroo it, I'll eat the food if it's good, but I will bring the wine and it will be some of the best wine most folks had ever tasted!

exactly what i'm talking about, lol. morey's always been an absolute snake. harden should have known by how morey treated all non-harden players. now you've been traded in for embiid (who should be PAYING ATTENTION btw).

yeah, yeah, couldn't have happened to a nicer guy, etc....but there can be two villains in the story.

    edit: or what jsm said...

Ripping Morey in China is quite the move. League response will be interesting to say the least

lol yes, but i'm not sure what the league can say given how many times they've totally let this stuff slide. i'm sure harden will have to come out and say that of course he'll report, but he won't be happy about it and thinks it will be better for everyone if he doesn't have to.

i'm more curious about morey's response. now that harden's gone out and bashed him, i'm guessing the clips-or-bust demand will be a tougher road to hoe for harden. although this is probably a response to that in the first place (morey telling the clips their offer would never get there). i'd love to hear what other offers have been made from other teams. if you're a terrible team that needs to put butts in seats and maybe make the playoffs, you might give up...something. the hornets are a mess. who says no to hayward/rozier for harden/tucker/house/korkmaz?

to me, the interesting league response would be to investigate what morey lied about. we all know what it was (he promised to re-up harden at a bigger number when harden took the cut to get pj), but if there's any evidence of it anywhere, he's in trouble. of course morey didn't formally document it, but if there's a text, recorded conversation, etc....

Hey, they did get the great Nerlens Noel out of it for a few years. At least they didn't pass on a generational talent with that pick... oh wait.
    203507.png
Oops. If they were hell bent on a C though, Adams would have been the way to go.

    Best case:
    1) Harden gets fined by league and loses money while Clipps and 6ers squabble of Mann (never thought that'd be a sticking point of any trade ever).
    2) there's some paper trail of this wink-wink deal (similar to Joe Smith- Minny back in the day) and Morey and the 6ers get fined and lose draft picks.

For me, that's a win win

The saga continues. Alright Harden, your turn.

Also like that he's going rogue and ignoring his agent.

they took noel AND mcw over giannis. but giannis and jrue isn't a winning combination at all.

lol had to check the twitter bio to confirm that was an obvious philly fan slant.

he didn't misread the trade landscape, imo. he correctly read the FA angle and saw that disgruntled stars with one year left on their deal pretty much go where they want for little return. again, i'm sure morey is hoping for another simmons trade, so he'll wait it out, but he'll probably waste another year of embiid's prime doing it. and at best, he'll get a big-name distressed asset again.

i think it's funny that teams like miami and the clippers get to turn guys like mann and jovic into sticking points. if that happens, you already lost the negotiation on the other side. "mayyyybe i'll give you my 8th-12th man...if you're really nice to me...."

i'd hang up immediately. and i'm conflating the lillard and harden situations here, but i just find it funny. if we were holding josh hart (who's better than mann) out of the AD deal, we'd have been crucified in the press. but the media's like, "i mean, that's JAIME JACQUEZ over there...you can't just throw him in a trade!" stfu.
