I don't know I felt the Spurs hung him out to dry the way they're playing him. He's really a 4 right now with a PG type of game. Just depressing watching how many times he touched the ball once as a screener, he rolled to the corner and some random Sour was like whoopy so much space to shoot or drive and he never saw the ball again

Against Scoot last year what stuck out was when he has the ball and and the offense ran through him. Use him like Giannis when he starts at the top of key and while he does have the strength of Giannis he has the jumper to give him more room. On defense I liked him yeah he got embarrassed on the poster and the miller drive but he'll learn from that. His length and anticipation are otherwise really good

Only thing that worries me is he tries to board and box out with his length only. His hips are high so he gets bounced around because he is a twig right now. Spurs have to teach him to bend his legs and get a wider base to hopefully help with that till he gets stronger

Play your f***ing contract out. I'm a huge fan of letting any guy get whatever money he can but man if you sign a deal like that, it's your responsibility to meet your end of that deal

Oh on the court tonight as far as hanging him out to dry, absolutely, I just meant as an organization they’re one of the better ones and should bring him along well. Summer league is not always the place for displaying ones best talents though, bunch of guys thrown together without much if any practice, trying to show off to get a job somewhere, if not the NBA then overseas. He even said he didn’t know what he was doing out there after the game

In relation to the expectations of "the best prospect, may be including LeBron"? Almost certainly. I think he's gonna be Porzingis. You decide if that's bust.

I think it's stupid to make such predictions after a game in Summer league and it's usually a sign of one's intelligence. You decide if that's dumb

No fight. He gave his opinion and I gave my opinion of his opinion. We are both entitled to both.
I don't know why people are so sensitive lol

Would have liked saric; he’ll fit in gs.

I am confused. What need does Saric fill for GSW? He is not a C. He is barely a PF. SF? He gonna get toasted on D.

He’s been a backup c in the nba, imo. Too slow for other spots, but tough and smart.

Questioning someone’s intelligence over an opinion is insulting- just don’t see how that has a place here.

Plus, you can't have too much spacing. Klay, Steph, and Saric on the court will be tough to defend.

Not a good one, right? Wouldn't you rather have Looney out there for most of the game when Dre isn't manning the C spot?

Neither of them can play defense anymore, so I am glad. We are going to sweep them if that's what they roll out.

True, but for cheap, he's more valuable than not. They're going to be a better team than last year.
