I think Bamba would be a great add. Much more rim protection and allows AD to leave the paint and help out

David Fizdale has agreed to become an Associate GM with the Utah Jazz, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
Well, now we know that Danny Ainge doesn't like his soda flat, because he just put some Fiz into his front office. This will be Fizdale's first front-office job after spending 18 years as a coach and assistant for multiple franchises.

According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, C Bags assistant Will Hardy has been offered the Jazz head coaching job, and he's finalizing a deal to accept it.
Just 34 years old, Hardy will be one of the youngest head coaches ever hired in the NBA. He's got quite a resume, learning from the likes of Gregg Popovich, Brett Brown, Steve Kerr, Ime Udoka and Brad Stevens. He'll inherit a roster that's likely to see some shakeup in the offseason after another disappointing year.

fizdale was such a terrible addition to the coaching staff. maybe he'll do better in a FO position

and another pop disciple coaching? seems like half the coaches in the league are from his coaching tree

but bamba's an RFA with a QO bigger than the mini mle and would have a list of suitors with more money and a similar role should any of the first part change.

curious to see if mason jones has grown his game any. word was he's working out with all our guys, right?

lots of returning names there, including huff, who will probably be in camp again, i'm guessing.

I don't think Orlando wants to bring him back, there's been some reporting that he'll be going elsewhere and after they drafted Paolo I think someone with the Magic posted something indicating Paolo would be wearing Bamba's number. Looking at the teams projected to have cap space I'm not sure any of them will be making sizable offers to Bamba, maybe San Antonio but I think Ayton is their first priority. Yeah its wishful thinking, but if its our taxpayer MLE offer against other taxpayer or even non-taxpayer MLE offers I think we'd have a pretty good shot at him. We just saw Monk take a chance on signing with us and now he's set up to get a better deal. We're in serious need of rotation players and offer pretty high upside for Bamba.

Clippers might be like the 2001 Blazers. A stacked team that implodes because guys are unhappy about their minutes/role.

They imploded because PJ with Shaq and Kobe with a good team happened to them in an epic playoff series.
