Yeah, I would rather have a healthy Lillard than an AD who is constantly injured. I already said AD when healthy is top 5 but his uncertainty makes the Lakers non-title contenders because of how suseptible to injuries he can be. Gametime isn't discussion threads so if you want a legitimate discussion, go make a poll and thread. Otherwise, you are just showing you have a huge boner for me. Wait, aren't you the guy who said you didn't want LeBron on the team and then one year later, started sucking him off? Funny how that works...

Kuzma for Tristan Thompson and Payton Pritchard? Any thoughts on that?

Nice way to put it that would apply to half the forum here while we watched him from afar and during the dark years.

Aren’t you the guy that said in GT not $1 for AC or THT? And put a cap on the latter’s career at 20 years old that he’ll “never” shoot well?

I find it funny how gullible you are. You sincerely took those words literally... Like I said, it's a gametime chat. People say stuff because it's called casual chat. It's just funny how you are so uptight about a casual chat that didn't lead to a real discussion.

It’s not so casual when you keep digging into people as with Lillard for AD over and over during that loss and last night with Cookie with your stance THT will never shoot well. I was just a spectator watching you do what you do in both cases, aside from tiring hearing the Lillard thing like 10 times and telling you to stuff it.

I never said THT will never shoot well. I said the odds are unlikely THT will become a good shooter because in high school, college, and in the G-League, he was a horrible shooter. You have outliers like Jason Kidd but by a wide-margin, most players who have no history of ever being a decent shooter don't magically end up being a good shooter when their career ends. This stems from you misreading what I wrote. Can THT eventually develop into a being a shooter? Sure. Are you willing to put your money where your mouth is? How about we have a bet and put some money to it? Loser has to make a $100 donation to LakersBall.

Yeah, I did repeat trade AD for Lillard if AD keeps getting injured. So? A ton of other people were saying stuff as well. People were calling AD Mr. Glass 10x a day and there were 5+ people who said they would consider an AD for Lillard trade... Wasn't just me. Get over it.

I was one of the people that said I'd consider it. Not sure how much Lillard being my favorite player is clouding my judgement though. Lillard isn't the overall player AD is, but he will almost undoubtedly be available more. It's not like we'd be trading AD for a bunch of above average players. Lillard is top 10, and if he were on a team with someone like Lebron that would keep teams from double and triple teaming him, he might end up being top 5. But all that being said, zero chance the Lakers trade AD with his Klutch connection unless AD walked into Rob's office and told him he always wanted to live in Portland because it's got a great beer scene and black and red is his favorite color combo..

Unfortunately, Lillard and Beal are not in the plan for this summer!

Heard the tiniest rumbling about Rose earlier from the LBJ side. Will keep you posted :)

    We don't have the assets.

Rose? He had a good year.

    Wouldn't mind.

    Don't know contract status.

I am assuming Rose for backup off the bench? We've seen the LeBron+Rose pairing in Cleveland and it wasn't good. If Rose would be willing to take a steep discount, would love to have him come off the bench and maybe make a run for 6MOTY. Still think the Lakers have no choice but to re-sign Schroder because of his bird rights.

Yeah, I'm thinking some options materialize.

I just don't want to make a move just to make a move.

I'm sure Rob won't...will be interesting.

Would be great if the Lakers got their hands on Vucevic.. Sign-and-trade Dennis for Vucevic?

AC is a free agent. Pritchard can shoot the ball and is in a very affordable contract. Worth developing him. Tristan Thompson plays really well with LeBron. Can rebound the ball and is very good at setting picks. Solves two of the Lakers problems.

You would let AC walk for Pritchard? Thompson is more of a forward then a Center. That was eons ago with Lebron. Thompson ain't that good now.
