I still don’t know if it’s safe, @sirronstuff and @Barnstable to access the fabulous back library of Lakergifs.com? I click on it and get routed to LB? Along with scary messages from my Mac that the site isn’t safe.

    :(

I shut the site off temporarily and forwarded it to LB during my hiatus. It just forwards here, nothing unsafe you can click.

once I went to reactivate it, I found my Go Daddy account has an old phone number attached for my two factor authentication. so I have a trouble ticket in with no response yet to fix it.

i’m working to move all of my domains away from that host to a different host that is much more cost-effective, but I have about 50 domains, so it’s kind of a pain in the butt.

Everything said here will be reviewed by myself and discussed.

    Posts will be deleted too.

No one is above site rules, although everything is not always handles in public view, it will be handled.

UPDATE: I removed a few posts. Some were not in violation, but removed because they were quoting or referring to topics that would derail this thread. Having discussions with staff and members. Resolutions soon to come.

This situation continues to be interesting

76ers Remain In Holding Pattern On Ben Simmons Trade
    AUG 30, 2021 10:53 AM

A trade of Ben Simmons by the Philadelphia 76ers remains an apparent inevitability, but no deal is imminent.

The 76ers conducted expansive discussions with several teams, including the Minnesota Timberwolves and Toronto Raptors, but neither package was found appealing enough for an agreement to be reached.

The 76ers have told teams they are comfortable bringing back Simmons for the 21-22 season, but rival executives believe it is a matter of when and not if he is traded.

The Timberwolves have been motivated to find a deal for Simmons but would likely require a third team given their asset pool of Malik Beasley, Jaden McDaniels and D’Angelo Russell might not entice the 76ers.

The 76ers continue to seek Damian Lillard, but the Portland Trail Blazers want to build around him. The 76ers may be stuck between waiting out Lillard or trading Simmons now.

Ben Simmons is such a weird case.

You watch summer videos of him draining long 3’s, complex fade away jumpers and then he won’t take a gimme layup in the playoffs. With his defence, play making and physicality, he should be a top 10 player in this league.

But instead he hasn’t been able to put it together and is just fools gold so far.

Interested in what we are going to do with the last 2 spots. We got that vet PG that we were rumored with last week. I see the rumors for DJ and can see why we would pick him up BUT I still think we need a big wing.

There's been a lot of players like him. Bright lights turn on and they fold. That's why we appreciate true superstars.

I just don't see how the 6ers can expect him to come back after Embid and Rivers shat all over him after the playoffs though. He deserved it but not publicly. I thought Rivers was more professional then that and expected more. Embid, let's just say I wasn't surprised lol

Would you give up Edward's? I think he's gonna be a stud with more upside then Simmons offensively. That guy is arguably Minnis best player already imo

Least it would get Edward's out of purgatory

I just don't like doing Morey or Rivers any favors

He almost averaged 20 a game last year. His percentage wasn't great but damn the power to the rim and his size. I hope we get him layer on and Luka!

    Wings I’d look at:
    James Ennis- best 3&D available

Stanley Johnson- has been a bust at this point. Can’t shoot, but is still big, strong and athletic. Can he learn some defensive principles under Vogel?

    RHJ- decent not great

    Bigs:
Milsap- would be a great fit, but appears to be looking to get paid or a bigger role

Cousins- only if Gasol retires or is bought out

Luke Kornet- only if Gasol retires or is bought out. Decent shooter for a 7 footer

Bismack Biyombo- Still a good defender

Harry Giles- huge upside. Can he learn playing behind a guy like AD?

wouldn't put it past morey to basically kill a season trying to avoid looking bad personally in a trade.

you were part of his tanking his value, chubbs.

he was somewhat publicly insulted, not a good look

wouldn't blame him for not wanting to come back, but it seems crazy they haven't been able to take full advantage of his talent.

Maybe Doc isn't that great of a coach after all. :)
