Avery Bradley...? Knows the personnel, the system. Plays defense to our standards.

Yeah, forgot about THT for that type of depth. With his skillset and the contract we gave him, we'd have to hope he can more reliably slot in as the "PG" when necessary.

I still really want Wes back too, and one point that I saw brought up was that we have his non-bird rights so can technically give him a salary higher than the minimum, something at around $4.2 million. Since we're not hard-capped, it might be in our best interest to do that, because then his contract could also be more helpful as "filler" in a future trade.

Yeah I don’t get those names. Also don’t really see why we need another PG at this point. Why did we pay THT so much money then? He needs minutes too and we already have a ton of guards. It’s not rocket science. Get a backup 4 and a wing. Leave a spot open for later.

My guess is that they want another play making PG so russ can ease/cruise through the regular season. Saving him for the playoffs...they can easily go 11 deep every game. I see the Big3 minutes in the low 30s.

Not a fan of these names tbh. Also not a fan of thinking we need another playmaker but Rob does like redundancy on the roster.

Dudley and Rondo should be on the coaching staff if they are returning in any capacity. Get a 4/5 type like Ed Davis/Paul Milsap. Maybe another wing like James Ennis. Or pick up a reclamation project like we used to do sometimes. OR a summer league guy.

Definitely save a spot for buy out market too.

Seriously, he’s better than the guards we are looking at. Plus we have backup guard help, his name is THT.

These vets that played one year for us and now sign for far less or aren’t being signed I hope doeesn’t start giving us the rep of where careers go to finally die. Schroder, Drummond, Matthews. Balanced of course by others where that’s not so.

Wes and Tucker are redundant though, Talen is going to get his minutes from last season. Wes is marginally taller maybe, but Tucker has a longer reach. Wes shot went south and his defense wasn't anything special. With a 4.3 million cap hold though, I'd try to trade him to Minnesota for Vanderbilt
