Shroder is going to be one of the most hated players to ever lace up the purple and gold. Not exactly his dream scenario, but it is fair.

And the group of Pelinka detractors the other place will be piling on how we didn't get anything and lost the asset. For Caruso too.

Smush, Kwame and Kawhi (although he never donned purple and gold) would argue they're the most hated lol

Kwame wrecked himself, he was always gonna be garbage. A big man who couldn't catch a ball for easy buckets.

I can't stand Steven A Smith but his video clowning Kwame was spot on:

    Markaanan to Sacramento

    Hield to Lakers

Disagree. Was Kwame a bad NBA player? Sure. But this video of SAS responding to Kwame is everything that's wrong with our media today. Kwame was right about SAS and all the rest of the hot take idiots who sit in an air conditioned studio and take shots at people who are literally better than 99.9999% of the people who ever attempted to play their sport. A 12th man on an NBA squad would drop 50 on the average dude at the YMCA. The things these "journalists" say...if they said those things to some random dude on the street, they would knock them into next year.

I stopped watching clowns like Bayless, SAS, Kellerman, etc years ago. And judging by ESPN's ratings, lots of other people did as well. They are garbage human beings.

Oh I'm with you, I can't stand most of those guys either but Kwame was garbage period and there's no debating that

I have a soft spot. In 2005 I was searching the internet for the rumors of Kwame coming to L.A. We needed a big man. Mihm wrecked his foot and career. I found Clublakers instead and in 2014 many of us here now migrated. Didn't know there were Laker discussion boards back then. Thanks Kwame.

I have no hate for Kwame. He is a survivor of some truly heinous abuse from his father. If you don’t know about it please check it out before saying derogatory things about Brown. Good for him that he, his mom and siblings survived. Now his dad was a garbage human being.

Smush was the biggest knucklehead Laker I’ve ever seen before idiot Schroder. No hate for these guys though more just I pity how truly stupid they are. And annoying!

Exactly, truth is there are only about .01% of all writers who are worth reading. Sports and political writers all have their heads where the sun don't shine!!!

I can't comment on Kwame as a person, I don't know much about him aside from he was never in trouble while he played. My comments about being garbage are purely about his play on the court and I stand by those 100

Dennis Schroder to the Boston C Bags is a "done deal." Contract details are still being discussed, but both sides are determined to get a deal done.
