Yeah don't think we'll be in the running for Ross or Barton types. Teams that tried to get OG will be calling.

Plus we have Rui and Vanderbilt even though they are larger than usual wings. We need to see what they can do. Rui looked good starting with AD and Lebron. With those three probably add Beasley, Walker or Reaves to start along with Dlo. That’s a lot of nice fire power.

we don't currently have a glaring need on the roster. i really don't see how ross or barton moves the needle. i'd have them behind every single one of current wings except maybe christie, and i'd probably rather he get the developmental minutes anyway.

Was that really something Sky said?  Sounds like a Chick-ism ... high praise.

Glad we didn’t give up the farm for LeBron’s buddy. Things definitely have changed in the FO.

[Stein] I was told the Nets asked from the Lakers way more than they asked from any other team for Kyrie and they didn't just want the two 1st round picks and Westbrook, they wanted Reaves, they wanted Christie, they wanted Rui Hachimura in a separate deal… They wanted everything the Lakers had.

This was trending on Twitter not sure if true, but seems Tsai saved us from ourselves. Regardless of the off-court issues, we got 3 solid rotation players for less than half the price of Kyrie.

We weren't ever giving up all that anyway. The reports already confirmed that he told his FO anywhere but the Lakers.

…I’m no fan of Tsai, but on the bright side his pettiness kept us from making that move and giving up both picks.

Joe Tsai is an agent for the Chinese government. Wish they would force him out of the NBA.

Once again .... and I know there's doubters out there just as there are with Mr Rambis .... but I know for a fact that I can't disclose here that my neighbor's gardener is hooked in with a genuine Laker insider. HE hears that Joe Tsai has close relatives working in the secret location where China is launching all the spy balloons from. So yeah he should be out of the league.

I think we got lucky that Tsai did that to us, it sort of saved that from ourselves. I would much rather the deals we did make than a Kyrie one for 2 firsts.
