Clippers..Meh...That's too many players, a lot of these trade ideas floated about, involve players that aren't much if any better, than the ones we already have IMO. I get Bogdanovic and all that, because he can shoot, but he doesn't play any defense either. None of these European guys play any D, besides Gobert and his impact is limited. They are all highly skilled offensive players tho...except for Rudy.

I keep saying that if he's pain-free, he should be on the court. It's not like he broke a bone in his foot or something. A bone spur is a pain tolerance thing. He was a pain level 2 for the first Hawks game, he should have already been out there IMO. I'm sure Lebron is playing with a pain level of 2 on a regular basis.

interesting that they think vucevic isn't playable in the playoffs. if others think that, and it lowers his value, i'm very interested. legit stretch big who can body the beasts.

They were pretty rough on the Bulls, saying that they have a bunch of " regular season players " ouch.

I see so it was dementia? Alzheimers? It's fine to disagree but if you can't provide alternatives to back your guesses then I will go with anti-Laker bias which is a very real thing.

There was some stuff out about GM not bidding hard on Bogdonavic, because he was looking to sign a multi year extension. It will be interesting to see what Detroit gets for him, if he does get traded.

yes, they do. so you have to read tea leaves as a fan. to me, the story leaked makes sense: lakers were willing to give up a 1st but wanted something coming back to mitigate it. ainge thought he could do better, but he didn't and cut his losses.

I see so now were just gonna make stuff up that no one can prove to make a point lol. Yeah I'm sure Rob made that up and let it out in his knitting circle. And at the time of trade THT was still promising and so was Stanley J and we got Pat freaking Bev, who Ainge wanted rid of as well as his extra 2.3 million deal which we took on and who is giving us 5/3/2 on 33% 3-point shooting, big deal.

I don’t need to see us make a BIG move, we just need to improve in any way possible. This team isn’t terrible, but they need HELP, if you can add a starter level role player, maybe another wing, some players that slide players we have now down the depth chart, if we can just get INTO the playoffs, you never know what can happen.

At this point the only reason I want to make a big move (Russ move) is to give us some continuity and additional, smaller salaries on the books going into next season. It also keeps us out of the Draymond race.

Realistically, just dump Bev, Nunn, and Jones in one or two deals for roster balance (picks depend on what's on the table) and more size and we have a shot... if healthy. The imbalance isn't as loud right now because Walker and AR are out, they come back and the roster looks flat out silly.

Oh I agree entirely, I’m still wanting to trade Russ for depth, that’s 47+ million dollars we can bring back in salary. I just don’t see it happening now at all, I think they just want to let him expire and get away from the repeater tax. So I’ve put that out of my mind, I think there’s like a .01 chance Russ is traded, but the guys you mention NEED to be used to bring some help, even if it means a first round pick. I just feel like if you can add the right guy or two you give us an outside chance of making some noise if we get into the playoffs. I doubt any one of the top seeds wants to play us in round 1, we kind of own Denver right now for example. Bev, Nunn, Jones, even Walker, these guys don’t appear to be in our future plans, try to add some players that could be part of it. I think the cap space plan is silly, there’s no real players out there that move the needle for me.

Russ is going nowhere he's to vital to our success now and all that chemistry that they finally have developed is too needed team is gelling AD back next week 2 games out the 6th spot and 4 games out the 5th we are within reach .... Nunn/shroeder have played quite well I must say nunns 3pt shooting has been huge lately
