See, we think we are unique, we aren't. We are all out there. It's who has the balls to say it out loud.

I think we need to seriously get a legit LakersBall Podcast out and promote the s*** out of it. We will be the non-kiss, informed group that actually explains why certain players will and wont work in areas. Give the public legit analysis instead of using stupid people asking stupid questions.

lol true - kelly is better but I don't knwo if he replicates that production here - and also, he's not that much better from 3...shot 35% but likely as a Laker - he'd shoot 30%.

If that’s true, he will fit right in next to Kawhi on the injury list next year.

If that's the case, GS drops from 2-4 down to clawing for 8th.

Don't think so. He'll still be an elite shooter. But might be JUST that going forward though. Tough blow for him and the Warriors (can Steph hold up having to do all the heavy lifting?). That window might be shut. He was always one guy I figured would end up here at some point thanks to his dad.

Steph ain't good enough to carry the Warriors without Klay. In fact, I think Steph will end up getting injured like last season because teams love to get physical with Curry. I still think they squeak into the playoffs but man, huge blow to the NBA. Steph will be 33 in March and Klay is going to be 31 when he comes back from the injury. These aren't exactly younglings anymore. Their championship window is now and with injuries piling up on Klay, you have to wonder if the Warriors should think about retooling soon as well.

Chris Haynes is tight with the Warriors and knows a lot of NBA players and executives. He wouldn't risk his reputation unless he knows from a very good source on what the injury is likely to be. It could be something else but heel generally means achilles area. No other heel injury gets this type of reporting... a regular heel contusion is like a few days or a couple of weeks rest.

The fact that members of the organization are going to be there with him for the MRI results isn't good. That seems very serious.

For those saying he is “done” - and a left ACL and right achilles certainly will hurt his D side of production - this is why I don’t fault AB, D12, or others for wanting a contract. I know Howard has been paid, but an injury like this looms for any player over 30. And we have seen sooooo many lately - Mathews, KD, and Kobe included. My biggest fear regarding our two stars and minutes in this short turn around...frankly. Knocking...

Good get for Dallas depending on what they gave up.
