they're trying to pounce on desperation of other teams hoping MIA would make a move to keep up with BKN and Lakers would make a move based on AD/Lebron's injuries

Does the paperwork itself have to be in to the NBA office by the deadline or just the trade agreed upon by the teams?

I know he’s not their GM, but Riley still runs that show, and he’s tough. I wouldn’t add THT, but that’s just me. If it were for Beal, ok, but not for 35 year old Lowry.

Dipo to Miami makes sense. Puts Nets and Bucks and Sixers on high alert.

Derozan buyout could determine who gets a ring. If that happens.

agreed. we would be getting raped on this trade if it were true. no way any person in their right mind who knows basketball in toronto would decline this.

No other team is offering anything because Lowry has made it clear he wanted Philly, MIA, or LAL. Now, reports are he prefers Miami so if the trade hasn't been made yet, it's because Raptors probably REALLY like the Lakers offer more. Toronto Raptors must be high on maple syrup... They know what the offers are and no team is willing to budge. Make a decision already and stop wasting everyone's time!

I call the Raptors bluff. Let them keep him then and get less when he walks.

Man I’m worried that if we don’t pull the trigger, what does that mean for Schröder’s contract extension? I can’t imagine he’d be too happy after we aggressively shopped him.

How many players do the Raptors have now? They’re gonna have to trade Lowry just for bodie.
