I feel like that boat has sailed. Too bad because I did like Lonzo as a Bruin and was glad we drafted him. Not sure what happened to his shooting. He was like 40% from three at UCLA. Never translated in the NBA.

want nothing to do with his dad, tbh. that was annoying as s*** for a fan.

i also worry that he'll get overpaid for what he is: a great glue guy. being drafted #2 overall will take a few years to wear off and help everyone realize this.

didn't his shooting improve quite a bit last season?

as for lavar, he's good for a one liner here and there but he's completely toned it down the last couple years. wouldn't worry about him at all. i know it won't happen but lonzo would be a perfect fit in this system

id rather have Hart back, Zo was/is over-rated from the day he was drafted, made worse by the fact he was drafted by us giving him further undeserved clout

I would root for anyone in the purple and gold, but I never really liked Lonzo the person. He always gave off the stereotypical teenage “I don’t care, I just want to have fun” vibe to me. The drama with his baby mama didn’t help change my opinion... so no. Don’t want him back. His game isn’t good enough for me to overlook the lack of championship drive, I see in him.

Opening night is really soon for covid to already be threatening games. This season might not be very smooth outside a bubble

Hi think it's good that happens soon so other players and teams fall in line

Hope it's the few matches that will get postponed this year

I mean yeah if James Harden is the one that has to be made an example of I’m good with that. Strippers must be a hard habit to break.

Well so Harden’s shenanigans prevent him from being able to play, but the larger problem was several other players who are unavailable because they had Covid or came in contact with them. Unrelated to Harden going to the strip club.

That’s the worrying part, a disgruntled star hitting up the clubs can be avoided. But seems the bigger reason for the postponement was just natural spread within the team unrelated to any protocol violations (as far as we know).

But wow, Harden is so trashy. NBA only fined him $50k, but they really should have made an example out of him with a larger punishment.
