    I don’t think we were in position to guarantee a lot of playing time for Robinson. I think he would have ended up getting his opportunities, but it’s hard to promise playing time as we do have plenty of pieces that can slot in at the 2 and 3 positions already.

    That’s not the case with our center rotation. I’m not counting AD as a center for our regular season rotation, so really we only have Gasol and Harrell. Gasol may be too slow for certain matchups and shouldn’t be playing that much anyways. Harrell is undersized.

    I think Dedmon would actually be a regular part of the rotation if he signed with us. I hope we get him. Definitely don’t want to roll into the season with such little center depth.
