I want to see an edge tonight. A will like we have not seen before with this team. I know we will see pain and emotion, but I want to see a focus for Kobe. They better win.

That’s a no thanks for me. Love is declining, always injured, had anxiety issues in Cleveland (imagine the amped up pressure of LA), was always clashing with LeBron in the media, and I never thought I’d say it, but Dwight’s defensive impact is too big for this team to lose .

I don't see his post any longer, so I think site leadership dealt with it. Thankful and impressed. It was Laker related, but poor timing and click bait crap content to boot.

I wouldn’t be mad if he went to the Bucks, just makes them a stronger contender to beat the Clippers. I don’t care who wins this year as long as it’s not the Clippers, C Bags, or as always, the Rockets.

Lakers are still searching for a wing defender to add to their team and it doesn't look like Iggy will get bought out.

So here are some trade options and frameworks to get him

    1. Trade Avery, Boogie, and a future 2nd for MKG. Hornets get a 2nd (2024) for the possibility that Avery picks up his option next yr. Hornets buyout Biyombo, Marvin, or Willy before hand for roster space
Then trade MKG and 2 2nds (2023 and 2025, both unprotected) for Iggy. Add cash considerations if need be.

    2. Trade Avery, Daniels, and a future 2nd for Andre Roberson. OKC gets a 2nd (2024) for the possibility that Avery picks up his option next yr.
Then trade Roberson, Dudley, 2 2nds (2023 and 2025, both unprotected) for Iggy. Add cash considerations if need be.

    3. Trade Avery and Boogie/Cook for Meyers Leonard. Miami saves some money since they are over the tax.
Then trade Leonard, THT, and a 2nd for Iggy. (If salaries dont work, swap Dudley with THT and add another 2nd, but I think it works)

    4. Trade Kuzma, Daniels, and Avery for MKG, Cle 2020 2nd, 2021 lac 2nd, and hornets 2024 2nd. Hornets cut Marvin and Willy or Biyombo before this.
Then trade MKG, Cle 2020 2nd, and if needed one of LAL's own future 2nds for Iggy
LAL does this if they know they can sign Marvin in buyout.
I dislike this last trade the most, but if Dallas is offering the GSW 2nd, maybe its needed.

    Thoughts?

I don't think I would be willing to give up Kuz for Iggy because Iggy is good for one or two more years at most.

    Thoughts?

Jeanie’s not going to rip the team apart. Again. At most they will move one person. Let’s see who’s right. Then you can get all pissed off at Jeanie.

That was the one I liked the least, but just fleshing out thoughts

Hoping Rob is seeing some of this stuff, but he should be smart enough to already know all of this

Not saying they will do any of this, but from an on the court perspective, I don't see why we don't make these moves

This team might legit only really contend these 2 years if they don't get anyone in 2021.

You don't just throw away a year. I tried to keep Cook out the trades because he is probably the one who was hit the most of any of the role guys

Plus who does big, complicated moving parts trades with multiple teams involved at the deadline, especially with what destroyed team morale last year with the inevitable leaks even if not happening. Kobe wasn’t a big thing to you but with what just happened and how Magic handled last year, she’s not going to do that. The organization’s not going to do that.
