SAS is a moron to suggest that trade.

Yeah PHX would never do that deal. And we're not desperate to make a deal.

    Let's move on.

I hate, HATE Booker... plus PHX would laugh and hang up. SAS is talking out of his butt yet again.

I haven’t seen much to confirm, but Booker seems like he’d be a cancer in the locker room. He’s like Lonzo immature, but also a big mouth

Booker is slumping. Even if that deal was available, I wouldn't take it. I hate his attitude and he's a POS in his personal life. Don't want that s*** around our good chemistry.

I like Kuz and Booker and I’d be willing to do that deal. Having someone that could drop an easy 30pts from the perimeter and can create his own shot would be nice, and an occasional 50 burger if he’s on. Kuz is too up and down this year, regardless of the reason, for me to pass that up.

I think Booker’s locker room issues get snuffed out with vets like LeBron, AD, etc., and a vet coaching staff. Booker is the vet in Phoenix and is probably frustrated being there. He got his big contract, now I’d bet he wants to just win. And to me that means you are willing to buy in and play your position.

    Make your move Rob...

You made a sensible case for that.

While we’re at it let’s trade Cook for Lou Williams straight up, and Kostas for Giannis.

If fans are not excited about adding a player that once scored 70 points in an NBA game, that probably tells you all that you need to know regarding his likability.

there is no denying he is a major talent. Working with more established vets would be good for any young player, but I would have a very heavy sigh if I heard this was true.

No for sure on that second one and probably the first. I hope Rob is smarter than Magic than to throw a giant wrecking ball into the chemistry of this team like what happened last year. We don't need that much. Collision will come. You can't then ship Boogie out which would be short sighted anyway. Save Cook until the end, if we're getting Darren and then waive him so he can go to a contender if needed hopefully, to make room for some sizable wing defender with 6 fouls to throw at and harass Leonard. Daniels stays for his 3 point sharpshooting. IMO. Don't do it Rob.

Edit. 2 guys have to go if we pick up on buy out any kind of improved wing defender, so Daniels would be the last one I guess. Need Dudley's size for the playoffs.

Rob knows what he is doing. Magic sucks at everything in business when he isn't the focal point of the deal going down. Magic needs to be himself in deals that work. Once he can't be, he is a disaster. Phil Jackson is a coach, great one. Executive, he is terrible. We all can't be great in everything.

yeah, i don't like dumping cousins. feel like he's been useful behind the scenes and could be useful both on and off the court in the future. unless he's in on everything, i'd rather not mess with it. AD is here because of relationships more than shrewd asset management. i think that's how we need to operate.

he doesn't like to get double teamed in Summer pick up games

[IMG] (mentally) but it could change of course

nobody likes his complaining on the court

super gifted scorer, great body control, and would be a huge pickup for the right squad. Is that us? With strong leadership on the squad I like the idea more than yesterday. He would have no voice in that locker room, and he could just focus on growing as a professional.

Having the next generation of our team (Post Lebron) start with two players like AD and Booker would not suck, but I'd like to see a better version of Booker in the same way we've gotten to see a better version of Lebron. Lebron is much more likable than earlier in his career.
