    Indeed. I like JC.

From what I heard (haven't watched him), he still "can't recognize a trap, plays bad defense, and doesn't pass that much...". LOL.

But I think he can do well here and we have a role for him.

Congrats on watching the games. I watch them too, you know most of the Cavs games, do I get an award too?

You can replace JC with Quinn Cooks name for your post and the same can be said. I’m trying to find a better player at position 10-12 of our roster, JC is that whether you like it or not and should be an option that’s looked at if available.

Yes, I want an award. second, Jordan Clarkson blows. And third off there is a CBA that makes it impossible to do anything you want unless another team let's good players go which they hardly ever do.

I fundamentally disagree with this statement. Kuz just needs some consideration and focus on getting him going by the guards in the offense and he'll produce.

This is the first year Kuz has had much injury problems, so I don't know why you think it's likely to continue all season.

Young man has been killing it. Too bad we don't have room to see how he'd do at the biggest level again.

for some reason I thought we had his rights, but maybe that's only the two way contracts, etc.

If Lebron and AD are healthy in the playoffs, you can have all the wins and divisions and role players you want. Superstars win titles, not depth. Warriors had superstar depth, which is why it was so easy for them to win.

We're not winning a championship with this roster as constructed.

even if kawhi is out for the playoffs? happens pretty much every year. we have the horses. this team has more than last year's title team--for sure.

Not sure I agree with this. I agree there need to be changes, but I’m not convinced they can’t be internal ones yet.

We need a shot creator; we don't have one in the roster.

If Kawhi or George or out, then yeah, we get out the west.

I still think Milwaukee is better; and depending on what version of Embiid gives Philly, they may be, too.

I don't want a perfect roster; but I'd like another creator...

I like what I have seen from Alex Caruso in short minutes, but I don’t know that we have an accurate gauge against elite starting competition yet

Sure, we do - LeBron is 35, already suffering nagging injuries, and Rondo is sporadic and also injury prone.

We need another ball handler. IMO.

I mean I don't know that I've seen enough of Alex to say he's not the guy. Lebron doesn't give up the ball much, but when he's out and Caruso is in, I like the way the ball moves. The problem is we don't see much of that. Coach tries to have Rondo in there instead.

but another ball handling/creating guard wouldn't hurt for sure.

However, if we are going to trade for one, we've done a crappy job showcasing our bench talent to get one lol.

But but but but I thought the team was perfect and we had no trades to make

Get real guys, time for some moves

No scoring ability and creation from ANY of our guards. Legit 0

DG and KCP are nice 3 and d guys, but not penetrators who get inside the d or finish.

Rondo, Caruso, Avery, Cook, and Daniels can all be replaced. None can create off the dribble

Need an upgrade there easily, on top of other flaws

Time for Rob to make some moves

    I mean that's a whole lot but...
1 or 2 players will do a scorer and penetrator creator

Any ideas that I haven't come up with yet?

I don't see how we play Caruso and Avery, one might have to go or just play no real minutes. Can't have no creators out there

Buyout options: Teague or Clarkson. Any would be better than Rondo.

Trade: Augustin, Rose, Elfrid Payton maybe

Not much perfect options here, but we need a move
