He did get the minimum. Its 2 years of the minimum. Likely team option on 2nd year.

    I have us at:

    Rondo / Cook / Caruso
    Green / Pope / Daniels
    James / Dudley / Horton-Tucker
    Davis / Kuzma
    Cousins / McGee

Ideally I think that gets switched around such that Caruso and McGee start. Rondo and Cousins off the bench.

And we likely have the room exception still available. I think the last 2 spots need to be capable defenders. Maybe JaMychal Green for third string 4/5 with the room exception and then Iggy with a minimum if bought out? The problem there is, I think we’re actually too deep. Some of the guys who just signed up with us expecting some decent playing time may be forced to the fringes of the rotation. That’s probably a good problem to have though.

I would like to see Williams back on a minimum deal as an insurance big. There’s no guarantee Cousins can stay healthy yet, and McGee can’t play big minutes.

Same here, but I was under the impression that we already have him as a two-way player so he basically isn’t taking any cap or one of the 15 roster spots. Am I wrong about that?

That's because they originated in Buffalo in the 70's then moved to San Diego

No, I think he’s eligible, but I think he also might be up for an actual contract because we extended a qualifying offer to him making him a restricted free agent. We can rescind it, but then he’s a free agent and has to agree to another 2-way I think. I’d be afraid another team would steal him away like Thomas Bryant.

This is why we can't have nice things .... errrr ..... any f***ing young players that I care about still on our roster. Bongo was the worst I had to see go. What are we talking now, Kuzma and Caruso and the entire AAA farm system in Albuquerque?

    Shump
    Iggy
    Bradley
    JaMychal Green
    RHJ
    Korver

6 targets with the RE available. We can for sure get one of these guys to complete the team and compete against other teams with similar offers.

I'm praying hard for Iggy. I think he would complete this roster.
Bradley would be okay but I think we are good guard wise, maybe that pushes Green to SF some.
Would have liked JGreen over Dudley and Korver over Daniels.
Wouldn't say no to RHJ. He's a liability offensively but he's a very athletic wing defender.

I'd be interested in David Nwaba as well. He's a little undersized for the 3 but I think he's played there a lot.

I am most certainly your huckleberry.

And I'm not sure why people decided Morris was good.

It was news to me, and upon investigation, I disagree.

Sampson Simpson, I stick by my story.
