    I did see Stoudemire play in the Big3 League...don't remember who it was. Yes, I'd say no to him. Rather have Channing Frye.

    I like Marcus Morris but how many forwards we need? AD should also start at the 4 Tbh to keep him healthy and close at 5. Need two Cs who can give us 30 min a game total in reg season. 18 min for AD at 5, 15-18 min at the 4. Or something like that

    If we miss out,

    Dragic should be trade choice if Mia needs to open cap up. 19M one year

    Danny Green for 8-11M depending on how long deal is

    If we have 5m left, try to get KCP to take it and then we get bird rights next year and tell him we will pay him more. Not sure if this happens but I hope.

    Room exception on Rondo.

    Minimum on korver, mcgee, Tyson, Caruso and Avery Bradley

    Dragic, Green, Lebron, AD, McGee
    Rondo, Avery, KCP, Korver, Kuzma, Tyson

    If we can’t get KCP for cheap then give Avery or McGee that money?

    Boogie is an option I am iffy on, rather have dragic

    Green is the only 2 way role player left but I'm told it's not Kawhi or bust .

    This is pretty accurate, but you’re not actually going to still complain if we do sign Kawhi, right? LeBron, AD, and Kawhi is a ridiculous trio, I don’t care who you put around them. If I still see whining if Kawhi signs here I’m not even sure I’ll know what to say to that.

    You're right ... if we do sign Kawhi , I'll stop complaining as the rest of the roster won't matter much .

    With LeBron, AD, Kawhi and Boogie, you can start Darius Morris at PG and still win the championship.

    I'll be ok with something like this in a no Kawhi situation

    Caruso/Rondo ( he'll start though so disaster)
    Green/KCP
    Bron/Kuz
    Morris/Dudley/Kuz
    A.D/McGee/Williams.

    Key is to get D.Green

    I haven't seen updates on these players (people to play the 2 or 3, depending)...

    TIER 1 - worthy of more money than LA could spend, post-Kawhi
    Jrue Holiday ?
    Danny Green ?

    TIER 2 - values for wings are kind of wonky in the NBA right now; you get two elite performers (Sefolosha on D, Reddick shooting); might be able to steal some of these guys cheap.

    I don't disagree. Afterall, he was a ClubLakers' legend, can sink a basket from half court, and he's a good kid who follows instructions from the coaching staff. What he lacks is an iconic celebration when he bangs in a long range bomb - which I think he should mimic one of your countryman ;)

    I believe he eventually gets bought out, but he can also be traded into our cap space as a contingency.

    I think the only guys willing to take vet mins for now were Dudz and Daniels. I'm sure they got other guys in queue, but they want that bag if Kawhi doesn't come...but if Kawhi does come they'll take the vet min and part or all of our room exception.



    Anyways try to enjoy the 4th fam!

    I hope Danny stays patient. If Kawhi picks Toronto or the Clippers, I'm 100% sure the Lakers offer him a real nice contract. Maybe even something like 3/45 or 4/50 depending on what else they do at PG.

    If it's the latter, you could still trade for Dragic into cap space and have a starting lineup of:
