So we should go out and start clearing crazy cap space to sign Hayward and Griffin. Good plan, Blake will be injured in a week, and we still won't even be in the playoff hunt. Yeah I love that team long term. Dump Deng, dump Lopez, dump JC and Randle, just go out and get it done somehow and sign Hayward and Griffin. Love it.

I love Milsap but he's not worth paying $35-40mm to when he's 35

Blake is nice but I'm scared to death with how easily he gets injured.

Hayward is great but he's not a 2 way player like PG.

Windhorst just acknowledged it's a legit possibility and he's as connected to James as anyone.

I only suggested Hayward, Griffin is an example of teams who dont give an F about doing stuff or not doing stuff because of GSW. If you read it better, I suggested signing 1 max guy this year and dealing with Deng in 18' for PG anyways, I dont believe in that James malarky nor the the impending BS of Westbrook either, I can see it happening if he doesn't sign his ext., all the LA rumor will surface in no time.

Edit- Simple question, what happens if 18' plan doesn't come into fruition, then its 19' plan, and so on?

Anyways let's talk about overpaying 1 yr deals

Korver has been named. How about Tony Allen? Maybe Vinsanity? Vet guys that can still play 15-25 mpg

We need shooting (Korver & Vince) and defense (Allen) so why not all three?

Probably not enough cash. Honestly Korver probably is too much for us too. All we're doing is one year of 12-17ish million. Redick is looking for a deal worth more than that and that's 3-4 years long.

Korver would be fantastic if we could get him.

I wouldn't mind but I think it will be hard to convince them to sign for $6-7mm

all these sources are contrived using the same basis, that he has business venture here and his wife likes it here, nothing saying anything relating to basketball reasons, we've heard the same stuff with other like Westbrook and Love before too. PG has the been the ONLY one thus far thats actually leaked his feelings towards LA. Everybody else just uses la cause its LA

Yeah, I agree. He has an elite skill-set; shooting, obviously. It would make Ball's and our other guards on the roster much easier...

I'd settle for a CJ Miles, though.

I'm a bit of a Rondo fan boy. Yeah he can't shoot but his intangibles are great. I think could be a great vet leader and solid Locker room guy. Keep young guys honest and working hard. Kobe was always a fan of his.

One from what I read this morning. 10 signed already after Nwaba picked up and the 4 rookies.

Ok. Thanks. Some of these rooks need the G-League. We need at least 2 more vets; we're not running a daycare...
