    DJ in Dallas was not the same as prime DJ with Clippers. Maybe he finds some motivation again in a new location.

    Dj has been a terrible PnR defending bigs for years now, even when he a was clip 2 or 3 yrs ago he was one of the worse rated PnR defender as a big in the league

    True, he has slow feet. But Clipper DJ was a good rebounder, above average rim protector from fellow bigs. Mav DJ has been substandard in those areas.

    We have zero need for Deandre, even if we somehow pull off a miracle and lose Zu in a trade for AD. McGee and Tyson are just about as good in the middle as Deandre has been this season, and AD will see a lot of time at center when we go small (I'm not sure how small we're actually going though with AD and Lebron at the 4 and 5).

    would love to get Wes Mathews tho....move on from KCP, I'd give him to Hou for a pick if they have expiring in return as well....dont really want to cut anyone remaining on the team.

    I still think that if we can't get the trade done for AD, we should go after Beal at the deadline. If we can't get AD now with a package, we won't get him during the offseason either with the same package. By trading Ingram and Zu (plus filler) for Beal, we would still have enough to offer a max to AD in 2020 and likely be able to keep Kuzma and Hart in the process.

    McGee/Chandler
    Kuzma/Wagner
    Lebron/Lance
    Beal/Hart
    Lonzo/Rondo

    has a puncher's chance against anyone for this season and next. Then we sign AD in 2020.

    If Zub goes, I'd love to have Clippers DJ for cheap (buyout market). Gives us a different look and he's fit well next to AD.

    Remember all the outcrys when Maginka signed Beasley, Lance and Rondo, and gave KCP $12m to re-sign? Looking pretty shrewd right now, as it gives us options- if the kids go, we have some vets to step in even more, and can trade some vets for salary filler if needed. Almost like they knew what they were doing.

    People thought that was supposed to be the team heading into the next millenia...they on expiring contracts haha.

    They was suppose to stop gap till we locked up our cap. Till then, go into the postseason and take the dubs over a lap. Those that criticized #SmashBro need to get clap'd like how Lance did Beverley and Boban. #GetTheStrap

    Conley makes Utah more dangerous. Conley gets another very capable big man in Gobert but now he has a backcourt running mate in Mitchell and wings that can shoot.
