    We need defensive/mobile C....Monroe is not that. I liked your Plumee suggestion, there's a good chance den wouldn't match since Jokic is the starting C who is also due big $ soon. I think dall will 4/75 easily, they wouldve most likely maxed him so 75mill is letting them off easy IMO

    Another line of thought of your idea of the nets trade....say we do get Pg13 w/o using the top 3 pick...what would you think of this?

    Lopez/Lin for Moz/Brewer/top 3 pick....Lopez is not elite defender but he does blk shots at nearly 2 a game and he now has 3 pt range, so now we jist need our pf to be the dirty work guy and high lvl rebounder as Lopez is also a weak rebounder. Lopez expires after 17-18 season, so if Zu develops enough we are big time fa players again in 18'

    Lopez/Zu/trob or black if we keep him...need to find 1-2 cheap wing players

    I'd give them Randle and Moz before giving up the #3 pick to get Lopez. There's no way they trade Lin who the HC loves

    Its not just to the get lopez...its to dump Mozgov....Lopez is a stop gap at C till Zu develops more or we find something better after 2018...nets can keep lin if they like, makes no difference to me

    I'm less sold on that move because Lopez is actually a worse defensive player - at least statistically - than Monroe. And I mean by DRPM. He's outside the top 50 at his position two of the last three years. So if D is a knock on Monroe, it's more one against Lopez. Monroe is a better rebounder too. Lopez is surely the better scorer. Either could work, but I'd feel better about offering even more for Noel.

    That wouldn't be a bad team, honestly, and we'd shed one of our bad contracts, so it's exactly the type of thing I'm looking at. I just wonder if we can't get more for the top3.

    K...keeping in line with jc/jr/hou for pg...lets just go all out, dlo/brewer/tarik/deng/top 3/future 1st for Butler/Lopez (super fantasy). This should free up enough cash for either biff (griffin or super flopper cp360), id go cp360 and shoot rest of cap to Taj Gibson.

    Cp3/ennis/felton or lawson fa signing
    Butler/Ingram/nwaba
    Pg13/Ingram/buy a 2nd rder
    Gibson/nance
    Lopez/Zu/trob

    Pretty good mix of win now pieces and developmental youths with zu/ingram....rob gets a statue lol

    Edit-need to stretch waive mozgov to get $ for gibson
