    I would have taken Rondo over Rose. Neither are high character guys but at least Rondo wants to win.DRose is fine with sitting on the bench a extra year recovering from his injury when he's able to play.

    The question better seems to be , character aside, Rose or Caruso or Ennis playing in front of frothing full house Lakers hating crowds on the road, or full house going bonkers in Staples? He's been on/in the biggest of stages and pressure situations. I'd assume Magic and Rob, maybe Luke too (?) fully vetting him in the face to face talks.

    First of all this is a Lakers gym because they have our logo on it, but the its not really "the Lakers" gym.

    This guy makes it sound like its the Lakers gym #FakeNews

    The Rondo signing would have been perfect, but dude did not want to come off the bench and had strong ties with Cuz. I think we tried to pull the shell over his eyes with Kuz and playing with him on the 2nd unit...but dude didn't fall for it. I guess no turtle in purple after all. I still think the Lakers should trade for one, cause the open market is dry. Heck even Ty Lawson is no longer an option, instead heading to China.

    I think I just realized what's going to happen... The Lakers are going to get Rose and then say, "we just took a contender from the Cavs offering the same role and similar money." Then they'll say some religious stuff and then drop the mic.

    ESPN's story. I don't know what Nichols thinks qualifies for a "bidding war", but when one team is offering 4 million and the other is offering 2 million... for a former NBA MVP, I don't think that's a bidding war...
