ainge probably arguing that he can get pick for crowder elsewhere, and will just sign hayward outright if the jazz won't pony something up.

Ainge being Ainge, if he's aint winning he aint trading....thats odd though, if it was as simple as any team willing to give up a pick for Crowder, why dont they just do that and not complicate things with utah? I know Utah wants assets at least for losing Hayward but if they're adding a pick too to help Bos out, they're really f'n stupid, its not like Crowder is going to change the makeup of their team that much.

Isn't tonight at midnight when free agents can officially sign their contracts? Moved from the 11th to the 7th last season? And we haven't even gotten one verbal agreement yet.

I'd have to look at their roster again but I think Crowder will be great for them defensively with Gibert. Is it worth the pick? Probably not.

If I'm Utah I don't give up a thing to help the C Bags. They need to help ME if I'm Utah, I'm doing them a favor. If they don't, let them look elsewhere for help. I'd love to see them not be able to move these players and Hayward have to stay in Utah.

We keep losing on every front , no shooting , no playmaking to help Lonzo ... Milos , at least , could have been a fun acquistion .

Well I guess it will be the fifth season in a row I will stop watching Lakers games early in the season

    I miss the Lakers ...

I doubt it. Lonzo will at least make the games entertaining and keep the fans interesting.

I guess if Utah really wants him they'd have no choice but to give up a pick but its gona look really bad to the avg fan, they're gona see it as Utah giving up a better player and assets for a lesser player, and we know Jazz fans aren't exactly rational right now

    Thank God.

Also, I'd enjoy him going to the Cavs so they play the first 180-179 game in NBA history this coming season.

Good news is good. I hope he goes to the Wolves and that means they stop pursuing Miles and we get him.

I hope he goes to the Wizards. This way everyone is happy. Stays in the east and doesn't improve another west team, doesn't go to the cavs and help LBJ, and Wiz fans are happy because they need scoring help off the bench

F*** Ainge. That's nonsense. If I'm Utah, I call the Lakers and ask for Corey Brewer for a pick or something. I'm not going to help Boston by giving them my best player and another f***ing asset, go f*** yourself Danny.

Have fun packaging Crowder with a pick and sending him somewhere else. NOBODY should be helping that team.

CJ Miles and Tyreke Evans are the last 2 FA guards I'd be happy with. Otherwise, just try and trade for someone into our cap space if need be.

Are you saying we get a pick from utah or we're giving up a pick?

We need to get involved here.

We'll send Deng to Utah, we'll take Crowder and Boston can have Hayward.

I'm saying we get a 2nd round pick or something small for an expiring contract of a bench player. I don't know what Boston is making them give up, but it's more than they need to if they want a serviceable SF right now. Obviously Crowder is better, but f*** it. I'm not helping Boston take me to the cleaners.
