    Yeah anybody that says they "love rondo always been my guy" is a closet C bag fan.

    Sorry, I can't relate to that. I've always hated him. Never want to see him as a Laker

    KG was always my guy before the summer of 2007.

    Always one of my favorite players. Always wanted him to team up with Kobe.

    Then he got traded to Boston and he was dead to me. Still hate his guts.

    Anyways Medina says there will be more talks tomorrow between Rondo and the Lakers. Ugh.

    Am sure they informally ask Kobe his opinions because why would you not if you're talking about taking players he's familiar with and you know Kobe likes Rondo. It is what it is. So I would not be surprised. Vash made a logical case for it yesterday including Zo having to play against him in practice and picking up the things he does defensively. Magic will physically sit on him if he gets out of line and Luke is a players coach and will figure it out.

    Even though I have hated him as a C Bags, he's not the worse player, he's competitive and that's where players clash with him. He actually stood up to the vets in Chicago when they blamed the young guys for losing and not themselves (reflect). I think he's a good backup pg to Lonzo, and he'll learn how to play pick n roll better from him which he does excellent. Play Lonzo 32 mins a game and rondo 15+ as a backup

    I mean this stuff is true, but that doesn't take away from all the negatives that he brings: no shooting and he's the type of guy who isn't exactly going to be content on a bad team. There are better options available.

    In the end... it's a one year deal. I won't be too upset. I just don't understand it when there's better options available and better ways to spend our money.

    Would rather bring back Tyler Ennis than have Rondo. I really really really hate this move if it happens.

    I'm sure he obviously knows this team is young and looking for Lonzo to be the leader, maybe Lakers fo ask rondo for a mentor type/ practice learning just like Metta was. Sign Rondo as backup while going after cj miles both 1 year vets
