I like Cauley-Stein; someone compared him to DeAndre Jordan. By the way, he has good lateral quickness for a big and can switch on the PNR...very mobile, defends well, rebounds at a good rate, etc...offensively, he's raw, but I do like him.

I completely agree. He has made some very nice defensive plays not to mention his overall energy on the floor.

You forgetting Mudiay or not high on him? I go Mudiay, Towns, and Okafor as my Top 3.

I'm not really as high on Mudiay as some on here...reminds me of Tyreke Evans.

Honestly, I have found him the most impressive of all the Kentucky guys in the handful of games I have watched. I would still take Towns, but he has game.

I still like Mudiay. At this point though, I think I might grab Towns over him. Maybe Winslow too. A lot depends on whether or not we could really get Rondo.

Agreed. My first option would be size on this roster so going after Towns or Okafor is an absolute must...if their gone, I'd go Winslow in a heartbeat. If I have my pick later on, I'd target Kaminsky or Cauley-Stein....

Yeah. I think their is a good chance Kaminsky or Cauley-Stein will last until the middle of the draft. If we catch a couple of breaks, adding either one of them with a mid round pick would be huge.

He has talent. I still think he is worthy of a Top 3 pick, but I don't think we could pass up on two legit big men if we got the first or second pick. I love Winslow, but I would still grab Mudiay giving his height and he is a true point from everything I have heard.

Agreed. Kaminsky provides the shooting from a big man that will keep him in this league for a long time. If next to Randle, Randle will have all sorts of space to operate in the paint with his ability to take others off the dribble or his back to the basket game. Kaminsky is also a decent defender with a nice all-around game. High IQ player, leader, I like him.

Cauley-Stein while not the offensive threat has very good mobility, can switch on PNR's, and is a better defender, IMO. FT's are not good presently, not really a back to the basket game, but he will protect the paint, rebound, contest shots, and be a difference maker out there defending...

I think the two biggest needs on this roster are Center and Small Forward. It's my opinion that we don't draft for need, though. We draft best player available regardless of position...

My draft board regardless of team needs looks like this:

    1. Okafor
    2. Towns
    3. Mudiay
    4. Winslow
    5. Johnson

After that things get a little harder to call, but it's early on in the season. Porzingis could move up. I think Myles Turner could shoot up this list. I wouldn't get my hopes up on either Kaminsky or Cauley-Stein dropping to 15 or lower. It could happen, but I just wouldn't count on it.

I think that is exactly how the top 5 will go at this point. I have been keeping my eye on Turner and Cliff Alexander as well.

I agree that Kaminsky and Cauley-Stein are long shots.

Yeah. I think we will grab the best guy available and if we have the number 3 pick, I still think that is Mudiay. I definitely wouldn't shed any tears if we grabbed Winslow instead though.
