No hundred million dollar business operates like this. Where are all the other FA's that agreed signing. Why is the league publishing reports of DJ agreeing with the Mavericks? There is a whole lot here a team of attorneys could fashion into a very credible argument.

In any event I don't think Cuban does it. The NBA I'm sure is pushing him to stay on the reservation.

so what would happen if the court did rule in favor of Cuban? Would Jordan have to honor his verbal contract or would he just be sued for damages? imagine if the courts forced him to play in Dallas.

Nothing will happen because it's the Clippers and not the Lakers.

So, are we still complaining about not doing a correct pitch for a weak-mind dimwit?

I'm laughing so hard. Clips and Mavs, we'll see what happens.

Very professional to have a big party to celebrate screwing the Mavs and tweet out "funny" pictures during. Bunch of man-childs..

Oh and I'm glad for Ed Davis, I wish him continued success in his career, total pro all season for us.

As an aside....Dirk officially took a paycut to tank for the #1 pick.

    How's that looking?

    Ramona Shelburne on SportsCenter

-Said she has spoken with people in the Lakers Organization that are 'worried' that Cuban can go after Centers that have been traded that only have a 'verbal' agreement in place.

That's the only thing I caught that she said....

Dirk is probably taking a long look at Kobe's contract and slowly dying inside.
