Im pretty sure they said something along the lines that they were not doing anything until lamarcus chose a team which is why we were all frustrated that it was a stupid move to make like they did last year which was was wait for carmelos choice before they did anything

Back to the point everyone has chimed in on, The Lakers have done exactly what they did last year, trying to lure a top FA to a garbage team. Big , HUGE mistake! When LMA, Jordan said they'd meet with the Lakers this is what I envisioned Jimmy Buss doing....

I'm not second guessing, I never thought a top FA would ever sign with them, I was amazed they even talked to them. The focus should have been on getting guys like Carroll, Robin Lopez, ect...This mess of a team had to be rebuilt from the bottom up, not top down..

 

Pretty sure at this point it's obvious they're trying to keep the pick.

 

What about Emeka Okafor? If healthy would be pretty solid.

 

What does Indy want for Hibbert anyway?

I wouldn't offer them anything except Nick Young & Sacre. Especially since they threatened Hibbert that he would be benched if he chose to stay.

 

I said this days ago about the Lakers waiting around for the official "no". I didn't even imagine it going this bad.

That's the point, Why would Koufus be open to that? He's not a max guy who it would benifit. It's clear he has a list of teams he's given the Grizz FO to try and do a sign and trade with that are cap strapped

 

Next years draft looks underwhelming and goes against everything mitch said where they didn't wanna Field a team with so many draft picks and just goes to show they have no set plan on what they wanna do going forward l

 

You never know, D'Angelo came out of nowhere this past year... might have a player come to his own in college.
