Somewhere around where Ed Davis got. If you signed him early in FA he'd be cheaper, but now he's the only guy worth his salt unless you like Biyombo (and I don't really). It might cost 6-8 million at this point since he's the last guy standing.
Yes, but it ain't happenin. He's almost guaranteed to be a Spur and almost guaranteed not to be a Laker. I've had enough with the waiting and the ambiguity. The problem is at this point we've waited TOO long. Now we can't even get the 2nd tier guys... Now we're looking at the 3rd tier guys and still hesitating even though we might be able to sign them while still having room for the max.
We got a 2nd meeting with LA, can't we get a 2nd one with Davis and 1 million more per year, presented by Mitch with knee pads on in the position?
Why would Mitch do that? We need room next season for 4 max deals. It's too late to update the PowerPoint for next offseason, it's already early July.

I seriously can't believe we would still be waiting on Aldridge after what happened with Melo last season. He's not coming here. I kinda wish he'd inform us officially he's not coming here so we can move on, but then maybe he doesn't want to so that the teams he's considering can sign players we might go after while we wait.
I have to have one optimistic post for the day in regards to LMA..... We are currently discussing a sign and trade with Lin/Hill to get Roy Hibbert here, which will give LA enough confidence to sign here in a surprising unforeseen move.
