The only reason I see us standing pat is because we don't want to lock up money in the slim chance we sign 2 max FA's next summer. Stupid plan if you ask me, we can't even sign 1 max FA. Why jeopardize ANOTHER year of your fans' sanity on a glimpse of hope. We're not getting KD.

We don't have to sign and trade Koufos, he's an UFA. It was an option for the Clippers because they're over the cap. We're NOT. We can just go get him if we want to. Good thing we've only been loosely connected to him for the last few days.
