I saw a lot of Kanter because he got a lot of run in Utah....and then in OKC. He seems ok, but I couldn't tell you a thing about Koufos.

No surprise on Koufos....they mention mavs and kings and THEN us...Koufos just went from 8M to 12M because our name is in there.

It would have alot easier if LMA and DJ played the same damn position. If we get LMA, we have to get a center. If we get DJ we'll go after wings and guards.

Right now we can't go in either direction and we have to keep our options open. Ideally it would be better to be declined by DJ first. Then we can go after Bismack, Koufos or RoLo without hesitation.

In very limited time. He's similar to Ed Davis in the respect that he don't see a lot of time behind Randolph/Gasol. He's not bad at all and in our situation, I wouldn't complain...

Way too simplistic view of him. You have to try harder than that.

Is Kosta better than Sacre? If so, then we should sign him....

All it seems is that Aldridge wants that one guy who would do all the other physical crap so he doesn't have to. Maybe Kupchak and Scott is trying to sell him on that today. Simple basketball strategy. Look we have "so and so" on hold if you decide to come aboard. When that Mamba guy is outta here, it's all yours...your personal bodyguard, the kids and next season, we have "so and so" targeted to come in and help you even further.

Oh by the way, we are guaranteeing a star for you on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

I mean the last 4 years he's played 16-22 minutes....numbers mostly on par with career averages.

I'm wondering if JUST like Ed he's getting less calls right now because teams don't want to pony over cash for his modest per-season numbers?

No, Russell won't be a bust... No, Mitch hasn't suddenly turned into a bad GM. This is the most panicky I've seen a Laker's site. We are on the way back. Terrible time to turn on our front office as they are figuring out what they need to do and are getting OJT. Russell will make average players good and good players great.

Yes, and has real noted earlier his Per 36 averages aren't bad and neither are his metrics defensively...

Look at his per-36 numbers. When given the opportunity to play more minutes, his numbers have looked more like that: 11/11 with a block a game or so. He's only 25-26 years old. He'd be a perfect fit next to Aldridge.

I'd much prefer Bismack Biyombo over Koufos. Not too often do you come across bigs that average 3 blocks per 36 min

Prefaced it saying I don't know a thing. Never seen him play and if I did I didn't notice him on the floor.

You want this guy to be our starter? We haven't sunk that low.

Sacre averages a point and a rebound and a half less than him.
