I liked the signing until I realized we were relying on him to be our top wing defender.
Looking back at my comment, I definitely don't think we made the best follow up moves possible, but I'm starting to think regardless what we did...
Its a pure desperation move and a pretty big indication that the front office knows we might've screwed this up beyond repair this year.
I understand its not my money, but when you go all in on superstars and then start getting cheap at the end of it.....it will save you money but...
Didn't AD and Bron this? Regardless its looking like out of all the avenues we could've went down this off-season, we chose the worst path.
He is bringing a consistent energy whether its on offense or defense, players like him and Reaves are pivotal on teams.
This guy is a player we have to keep.
Can we get him that guaranteed contract already?
He does nothing for us currently. Sure, he may turn into something really good, but with the roster the way it is we don't have time for that....

I'm really biased when it comes to Melo. Absolutely love watching him go on offense.
This is why we signed him.
I honestly don't mind Melo, he is who we thought he was.
Some of his lineups are truly dumbfounding.
