I believe he will be fired. We have a nice assortment of young talent that should attract other coaches. Maybe not Thibs, who may want a ready-made veteran squad, but I believe a young upcoming assistant like Luke Walton or Kenny Atkinson would be interested.

How about this instead of the nightmare possible scenario just mentioned yesterday or day before by someone in Media, that they might bring him back one more year in case Phil might want to opt out and come back to LA if Jimmy is now out of the picture in Basketball opps, and might also be wooed by having a say in the hiring of a new head coach. This would make more sense to me .... do a pre-emptive strike and put an all out blitz on Luke to come this season. Phillip is another reputed "father" of Luke (wow Susie ...Bill, ROFY, Phil .... and no one really "knows" ;) still). And obviously for many reasons including Triangle knowledge Luke would be a favorite of Phil's to hire either in NY or back in LA.

BUT they give Luke assurances in the writing of his contract that no one in the front office (including rumors he might have heard about Phil coming back) will be able to "impose" any system on him, he has the absolute authority. Because Luke is living and learning and coaching successfully a s.o.t.a. modern, winning system now. And we have a core of talented young players to run it with. But the hope would be with a Phil coming back scenario if it happened that Luke would be smart enough to pull some of the best and easiest to run aspects of the Tri or any other offense different than what GS is running. If it made good basketball sense and kept abreast of up to date winning strategies in the NBA.

    Win Win Win:

    Byron gone.

A possibly brilliant young, multiple championship ring possessing ex NBA player for a new coach that will find it easy to communicate with our young core guys. Exact opposite of the nightmare of Byron Scott.

And a great strategic carrot to dangle already in place for Phil to consider at the end of the next season. But he knows coming in it WILL NOT be only a Triangle strategy going forward. It is Luke's call and up to Phil to make suggestions and give logic behind any parts of the Tri he thinks could be used as a dynamic change up when needed as we have some great guys to run that as well.

    I like it. :p

If he is still the head coach
Next year I won't be watching
I can find better things to do
Than witness his head coach botching

Ah come on .... don't weanie out on us. Show some grit and man up, we all will mount an insurgency as fans to overthrow the FO. Like the last Hunger Games or something. Get Jennifer Lawrence to be visible in our cause with her bow and arrows aimed at Boron's head in front page on line adds and billboards. At the very least if you do run away like a girlyman, leave us the fabulous Boron smiley archives. :Headbang:

No I wasn't referring to your abuse of adult beverages (though with some of your thoughts, poems and new giphs/images that would explain a lot of things).

    :Magic Brows:

Actually I was calling you a "big puss", with .... sure .....could go with your type too .... the beer on the left and remote in right hand kind of guy that would run off and leave us in our darkest hour if Boron the a-hole comes back for another year.

If you don't want to click on every link, it's a broken record, "We didn't come ready to play."

I mean wow just wow every game he reminds us how awful he is. 21 minutes for Russell? 22 and 26 for Clarkson and Randle. What does it matter if they're struggling? The Suns were playing their young guys who struggled as wel especially Booker. We have to be the only team dumb enough to not try and develop young talent in a lost season.

Winning games accomplishes nothing at this point and we aren't even winning. The young guys give us the best chance to win and they're still not playing. WHY Byron WHY? WHY DO YOU HAVE TO BE SO f***ING AWFUL? Kelly played more f***ing minutes than Russell? Seriously? The f*** is wrong with you man? You're a moron in every sense of the word.

Young guys get better by playing. By gaining experience. Lou Williams, Ryan Kelly, and Huertas don't need experience. They're not the future. This idiot thinks they already have enough experience. How can they IDIOT when they haven't played all season long? You're so terrible Byron. An absolute disgrace to the franchise. How he's still employed is an even bigger disgrace. If he still is past this season then it just shows the front office doesn't care anymore.

The worst thing is not developing the youth isn't the only reason Byron is awful. There's a number of other reasons, but the least he could is play them. He can't even do that even though he said. He lied about playing them. He's a selfish, egotistical, a******, bum of a coach. Can't stand him. What a joke this franchise has become.
