Boron the magnificent. Freaking lost season this year with the young guys except what they figure out on their own while having to be worried about being yanked from the game. Until now of course when Boron is desperate.

Poor Mitch, thinking about that new offense.

I'm sure all of us (fans) have had Mitch's look at some point during the season.

I think Mitch is a really good GM, but his allegiance to his boss will be his downfall. I can definitely see Jeannie firing him when she boots her brother out of Staples.

Russell really seems determined to prove that he is a starter, I like what we are seeing from him right now. Changing the offense with 23 games left seems odd, but my guess is that Byron hopes something finally clicks that can give him a leg to stand on this summer.

    Loved this pass:

I guess I didn't notice because I'm mentally checked out from this season.

According to fiendishoc from LG, we ran very elementary sets from the Motion Weak system that SAS runs.

I listened to the game on the radio, and I didn't record the game. If Byron was smart, he would have hired an Xs and Os guy this summer and started implementing this system in October.

He's been so stubborn; he wanted to do it his way running an antiquated system that was more suited toward the 90s and all of the offensive team statistics show that. It's been a train wreck.

Now, all of a sudden he wants to implement it? I'd bet dollars to donuts this directive came from management. I can't wait until he's gone.

LOLOLOLOL at Byron thinking he can just flip a switch with the team now and start playing with an approach to the offense that will make it more effective for the guys he has on the roster. Too late by 3 or more months and the starting lineups he's finally running out there. None of this dawned on him prior to knowing his job's now on the line and likely past the point of no return to be brought back. Hell no! He was too busy with his drill sergeant wannabe act in benching Russell and Randle for those months to be thinking about anything actually constructive, like trying new wrinkles to his horsesh** offense he started the season with. Rather than blaming the young guys as he's done all season, back then was the time to get a freaking clue and make the adjustment. Not now. Why should Russell and Randle and Clarkson and Black run through a brick wall now for him after he jacked up their entire season far worse than needed to be with his act and pig headedness. Don't let the door hit you in the a** when you're fired Boron.

How desperately we need a legitimate PnR big who's a scoring threat to keep defenders honest.
