I don't think we'll be in the market, but what about a list of players waived or bought out?

    Bargnani was just bought out.

No need for them, couse i dont see non of them in our longer plans and i dont think we want to win more games in this stage of season.

Playing HIbbert awkward minutes protects the pick. I don't think the buyout is coming with him.

I don't think it is either, but only because we've seen that reported/tweeted. I don't believe it's to protect tanking, because you know if he was bought out B0ron would just start Sacre and play Kelly or something instead of using Black more.

I don't think he'll be either, but I figured I'd keep his name on the list.

Varejao to the Warriors is official.

Has he been injured or just misused? Because he has been an absolutely adequate PF for much of his career.

Maybe having no knees caught up with him fairly quickly?

I was joking about sf. blair has actually been best as an offense-only smallball c, imo.

serious question: is Jason Thompson really worse than half of the lakers' pf/c rotation?

interesting that the waiver wire is full of guys who are decent backups at pf/c, but don't have three point range (Thompson, hickson, varejao, lee).

No, he's not. In fact, I don't know if he's worse than any of our Centers.

gs seems inhospitable to pfs who can't shoot consistently. yet somehow hospitable to marreese speights.

I've watched just about every warriors game this year and Mo can definitely hit that mid range shot. He has been a little cold lately but for the most part when he does get on the court is usually money on those 10-12 foot shots.

I guess my point was that speights is definitely not as good a player as the rest of those names. thus, it's a system/fit issue there. it's just funny to me that speights's fat a** has outlasted a few better players.
